Executive Summary
In the recent past, Information technology infrastructure services have been on a
rampant improvements. The improvements have been taking place in all areas of
IT. This includes both software and hardware. It has been happening in response to
user requirements. Furthermore, it has been performed as an improvement to
eliminate the setbacks of the existing system. Furthermore, security is featured as
the improved aspect in the most recent developed computer systems.
Priority Advertising company one of the business organizations that exist in the
speedy improving technology world, it has also to improve on the computing
systems. The primary cause of the improvement request is as a result of quality and
quantity requested by their customers. Customer needs pay a very important role
on the organizational infrastructure. For example Priority Advertising Company has
to positively respond to the voluminous demand of customer requests. In addition,
the quality of products and services offered must be of good standard. The quality
ought to be either above the standard of the competitors or equal standard as
compared to services of their competitors.
Priority Advertising Company, therefore has to respond to this customer
expectations by evaluating their existing computer systems. One may ask if the
existing systems meet the standards and the genuine answer will be NO. The
company’s computer systems falls below standards as per the interview conducted
between the management and network development team. Thus, it is a high time
for our case study company to come with strategy that will solve the terrible state
of the company’s computer systems.
In this piece of paper, we present a proposal to the management on the options
that are available for the improvement of its IT Infrastructure services. We provide
the upgrade solutions for the Priority Advertising Company.
