views the students learning and past experiences and awards gained by the individual in their
learning ages. E-Portfolio is an effective and efficient tool or method which is used by students
and other individuals to showcase their learning they have gained during a particular course of
their studies and experiences. This is a Document which highlights several different strengths,
awards and also their current weaknesses and at the same time allows the student to reflect upon
their development. An E-portfolio is also defined as a motivator and can work for enhancing the
encouragement level of a student by allowing them to keep a record of their work and review and
reflect on the learning in different occasions. Students can also enrich their knowledge and skill
by using E-portfolio and tracking their progress by providing appropriate evidences of their
achievements and success. The greatest benefit of maintaining an E-portfolio for a student is it
provided them an opportunity to discover and determine the areas in which they have their
interest and identify their career objective. My E-portfolio contains ten pieces of work which
have the most beneficial impact and influence on my learning, knowledge and skill development.

learning about what are presentation skills in tales and how to conduct a successful presentation.
Now I am more confident in myself and about my presentation skills still there are few areas in
