Objective: The main objective behind the completion of this project is to meet the needs the
demands of the travellers related to easy accessibility and more capacity in a station outside
London, UK.
Coventry rail station is looking to develop a footbridge and extend the platform canopies.
To create a second entrance for the station which will provide step free excess to the
platforms.
To develop a multi storey car parking area.
To form a bus interchange which will be connected with the building of the station.
To have improvements in the conditions of roads and including new ones.
To develop new bay platform.
MAIN BODY

This project is made to transform the Coventry station in order to create a aesthetic gateway
which will lead to the city with a more accommodation to the number of passengers. It is to build
a new entrance to the station and proper pedestrian crossing. The project management team is
working on designing and constructing work with a proper strategy and aligning with the
stakeholders while managing the whole program within the budget. The involvement of
stakeholders is given in the table.
