Objective: The main objective behind the completion of this project is to meet the needs the
demands of the travellers related to easy accessibility and more capacity in a station outside
London, UK.
 Coventry rail station is looking to develop a footbridge and extend the platform canopies.
 To create a second entrance for the station which will provide step free excess to the
platforms.
 To develop a multi storey car parking area.
 To form a bus interchange which will be connected with the building of the station.
 To have improvements in the conditions of roads and including new ones.
 To develop new bay platform.

This project is made to transform the Coventry station in order to create a aesthetic gateway
which will lead to the city with a more accommodation to the number of passengers. It is to build
a new entrance to the station and proper pedestrian crossing. The project management team is
working on designing and constructing work with a proper strategy and aligning with the
stakeholders while managing the whole program within the budget. The involvement of
stakeholders is given in the table.
