1COVER LETTER To the Immigration Officer January 14, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to inform you of my reasonsfor choosing Launceston, in Tasmania, as the city of residence and for my professional purposes, instead of the city of Melbourne. The desire to move out of the city of Melbourne and relocate myself at the city of Launceston isthe quiet and peaceful environment of Tasmania.Melbourne is a wonderful city with a very fact paced lifestyle. However, I desire a calm country side environment rather than a bustling city life. I am a married man, residing with my wife atthe city of Melbourne currently. I have earned my educational qualification from the Footscray Campus of the Victoria University, after which I have started to work as a Finance Officer. My wife is a housewife. I am the only bread- earner of the familyand the responsibility of undertaking the best possible decision for ensuring the betterment of my wife and in future falls on me. Having spent a considerable amount of time at the Australian City of Melbourne for the purpose of pursuing my educational career, and currently for my work, I have experienced the bestthatthecityhastooffer toeachindividual.Althoughthecityisspectacular.the cosmopolitan environment of Melbourne is something which does not suit my temperamentas I lookfor solace The hustle and bustle of city life is something I prefer stay away from. There are also certain logistical difficulties that are affecting me in Melbournesuch asthe high cost of living, travel expenses and the distance from workplace to home. A considerable amount of my income is spent on expensive accommodation. It takes me almost forty minutes to reach to my workplace and another forty minutes to reach my home.
2COVER LETTER On relocating myself to Launceston in Tasmania, much of these problems shall be solved. The laidback town lifeisclose to nature and free from pollution compared to Melbourne. Being a small city, the expenses shall be less and the distance between the workplace and my residence shall be as less as ten minutes. That shall enable me to save both time and money, which I can devote to the betterment of my family. Also, one of the major reasons for wanting to shift to Launceston is that in the future, if I have children, I want them to be brought up in the countryside rather than in a city life. Countryside has a way of ensuring that people remain grounded to nature whereas in a city, people have a tendency to become materialistic in nature. These are precisely the reasons why I would like to relocate myself to Launceston in Tasmania fromAustraliawhich emanates from a desire to judge life on the basis of quality than quantity. It would be of great help to me of you could look into the matter and do the needful. I shall be highly obliged for your consideration. Yours faithfully,
