The HR helps in creating a better workplace for the improvement of the organisation. According to me, I feel I possess the qualities that are required for the designation, and I am capable of taking the responsibilities the role demands. With a diploma and advanced diploma of management and master’s of business administration human resource, I have obtained the required theoretical knowledge that is commonly essential for a career in the human resource area. In my diploma and advanced diploma, I received systematic expertise about organisation skills and computer skills by completing the course of management. I have gained an understanding of managing people in organisations including recruitment, performance and systems, leadership, strategy development, employment relations and staff development in my Masters of business administration. I would like to highlight that I have a Strong presentation, management and administration skill and I also have the skill and potential for in-depth research. Being fluent in advanced computer skills makes me fast at finding the required information for any particular task. Therefore, I am positively sure of my skills that are suitable for the job role. At present, I am working as an assistant in nursing in the company, Heather Hill Nursing Agency Brisbane. I have worked here from 2011 to 2015, with a two-year gap since July 2017 I am present in this particular company. As an assistance nurse, I have performed several roles which
