This research proposal aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on corporate social responsibility (CSR) for enhancing organizational performance within the hospitality sector in the UK, with a focus on Whitbread. The study will examine the concept and strategies of CSR during the pandemic, as well as the challenges faced by Whitbread in the absence of CSR. The research methodology will be quantitative in nature, using surveys to collect data from 20 managers of the company.
