This research project aims to identify the impact of Covid-19 on employee motivation in Rosewood Hotel. It analyzes different factors that influence employee motivation during Covid-19 and evaluates the relationship between flexible working hours and employee motivation. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The thematic data analysis reveals that employees are satisfied with the flexible working hours strategy used by the company for employee motivation. The study recommends improving corporate and team culture, developing a modern work environment, and praising employees on the employee portal to improve motivation and performance.
