As per belbin team development roles there are some of specific roles that were performed as a
team and can help in the process of managing weakness as team members (Erdogan, 2019). For
instance there are different team development roles that include action oriented roles in which
shapers are the one who are challenging teams to improve. In present module while working on

problems and issues. I analyzed different activities and obstacles as challenges to minimize its
impact on my overall learning process.
From the above made analysis it can be said that there are different skills sets that have been
acquired during the learning process of this module. These skill sets are going to assist in the
future course of learning and development process in context of future professional development.
