INTRODUCTION
Business Management refers to the use of methods and techniques through which a high-
level of impact can be created on the processes and therefore this can impact the organizations
(Bilan, Pimonenko and Starchenko, 2020). Thus, it is highly necessary and important that the
decisions are taken by the managers in a proper way. Therefore, it is crucial that the various
types of needs and requirements are managed in a proper manner by the organizations.
Therefore, it becomes quite important for the company that the enhancement in the overall level
of efficiency and effectiveness level can be done. In this report, a detailed and specific focus will
be made on the ways in which the Business Management has to be done.

Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Organisations-
COVID-19 Pandemic has created a lot of impact on the organisations. The Lockdown
which was imposed due to the Pandemic therefore impacted the organizations badly and
therefore impacted their overall working pattern. For an organisation like BTR there was a high-
level of impact which was created by the COVID-19 Pandemic (Campra, Paolo and Brescia,
2020). This can be explained in the following manner-
 Due to the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic the firms are affected because their overall
level of profitability which was there before the influence of the Pandemic has been
reduced. Thus, it can be stated that due to the influence of the Pandemic the overall
Decision-Making has been impacted which is affecting their overall performance in the
market.
 The impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic the organizations are not able to manage out
their certain types of needs and requirements in quite a proper manner. Therefore, it can
be stated that the Pandemic has influenced them a lot and therefore due to this reason
they are not able to take the right decisions.
 Due to the impact created by the COVID-19 Pandemic the organisations have to bring a
change in their policies. Therefore, it can be stated that due to this particular reason the
organisations are impacted a lot. Bringing a frequent change in the policies affects the
functioning of the organisations and thus it can be stated that this affects them a lot.
