other aspects in managing organisation activities. From this report it has been evaluated that
coronavirus have negative impact on human resource practices. From this investigation this has
been identified that due to the outbreak of this virus there is negative impact upon employee’s
performance and productivity. This report is conducted on Bedford town Residency in which
case study analysis is done to solve the business problem of the impact of covid-19 on business
operation of respective organisation. In this employee are feeling demotivated which is creating
number of challenges for both organisation and employees. This report identifies that with the

INTRODUCTION
Foundation of business management is inclusive of business financing, marketing strategy
and effective planning through which business operations can be operated in a significant
manner (Sułkowski, 2020). It is important for an organisation to have proper understanding of
the importance of collaboration, leadership skill, motivation, reward and communication. Present
report is conducted on the analysis of the case study evaluation of Bedford town Residency. This
report is is divided into 2 parts in which part one identifies reason business options, expected
benefits, and dis-benefits along with time Scale and cost. While part 2 of this report discusses
personal reflection which is based upon learning experience.

Reasons:
It has been evaluated that there is significantly negative impact of coronavirus upon
number of business organisations around the world. Due to the outbreak of this pandemic make
organisation operations get affected in different ways. It also affected organisation profitability
as well as productivity at greater extent (Sulkowski and Ignatowski, 2020). This outbreak is
likewise influencing Bedford town Residency activity within which employees are feeling and
going through a number of issues such as frustration, lack of motivation and more which is
creating number of difficulties for organisation to conduct their business operations during this
pandemic. According to the analysis of case study this has been evaluated that covid-19 truly

influenced number of staff individuals as they are facing miserable condition of working, as they
are taking their own devices to work and are paying off net charges which is creating additional
burden on them. Furthermore, it has been underlined that due to the issue of slow net speed
employees are subjected to pay for internet. All these issues are having negative impact on
morale, motivation and connectivity which is affecting employees to work for organisation. In
addition to this it has been evaluated that number of staff individuals within Bedford town
Residency had to pay their own cost in terms of purchasing internet packaging along with
number of troubles as they are performing distantly in which they are facing issues of low web
speed. According to the investigation of staff individual of respective organisation this has been

work life balance. All these issues are making them feel demotivated and impact their

and Wulandari, 2021). It is also helpful to know the differences in how to communicate

email and social media and many more as effectively and efficiently.
 Numeracy – Numeracy skills will termed as the skills that I have use while interpreting
and communicating the mathematical figures to solve real world issues. I will cover the
manner of the ability to understand the basic mathematics like as the addition,
subtraction, division, and multiplication. More advanced numeracy skills will combine
the manner and the use of graphics, space, statistics, and algebra concepts with my skills
to interpret such sort of the information, statistics, fact or figures, data and apply it to real
world circumstances in the business of management.

variety of computer programs, software, and other presentations. It will include various
sort of applications that are as like; word processing, spreadsheets, databases, power

solutions. In fact, the best problem solvers that will actively forecast the potential
problems in the future and take suitable arrangements to overcome or mitigate its effects
as effectively and efficiently in the business of management (Link, 2021). When I
discuss about the ability to solve problems that are basically refer to the skills to deal with
hard or unforeseen circumstances at the workplace and complex business challenges. The
management will depends upon individuals who can measure these two circumstances
and steadily identify the solutions. My ability to solve problems is the trait that enables
me to do this. Although I will value problem-solving skills, they are also very helpful in
other areas of life, such as relationship creating and regular term of the decision- making.
 Working with others – My team work skills are the abilities and facilities that will allow
me to perform well with others in discussions, plans, meetings, or other partnerships. My
skills to perform the work in a team that will rely on my skills to communicate well,
listen actively, and be responsible and loyal (Garvin, and Kimbleton, 2021). As there are
