Executive summary
Foundation of business management is a functional framework in which organisation under
take use of certain practices like planning, decision making, leading, organising, controlling and
other aspects in managing organisation activities. From this report it has been evaluated that
coronavirus have negative impact on human resource practices. From this investigation this has
been identified that due to the outbreak of this virus there is negative impact upon employee’s
performance and productivity. This report is conducted on Bedford town Residency in which
case study analysis is done to solve the business problem of the impact of covid-19 on business
operation of respective organisation. In this employee are feeling demotivated which is creating
number of challenges for both organisation and employees. This report identifies that with the
advantage of software like Asana challenges can be overcome in effective manner.

INTRODUCTION
Foundation of business management is inclusive of business financing, marketing strategy
and effective planning through which business operations can be operated in a significant
manner (Sułkowski, 2020). It is important for an organisation to have proper understanding of
the importance of collaboration, leadership skill, motivation, reward and communication. Present
report is conducted on the analysis of the case study evaluation of Bedford town Residency. This
report is is divided into 2 parts in which part one identifies reason business options, expected
benefits, and dis-benefits along with time Scale and cost. While part 2 of this report discusses
personal reflection which is based upon learning experience.

Reasons:
It has been evaluated that there is significantly negative impact of coronavirus upon
number of business organisations around the world. Due to the outbreak of this pandemic make
organisation operations get affected in different ways. It also affected organisation profitability
as well as productivity at greater extent (Sulkowski and Ignatowski, 2020). This outbreak is
likewise influencing Bedford town Residency activity within which employees are feeling and
going through a number of issues such as frustration, lack of motivation and more which is
creating number of difficulties for organisation to conduct their business operations during this
pandemic. According to the analysis of case study this has been evaluated that covid-19 truly
