TASK 1 INTRODUCTION Due to covid-19, many people have faced challenges in their life, the present report will be based on pandemic effects on social and economic world.The current discussion will include the analysis of impact which present pandemic has created over working of countryand overall lifestyle of people. Nowadays, before implementing any decision people are more concerned about corona virus pandemic.The current COVID 19 situation has created a negative impact on the standard of living of people.Moreover, the study will alsoprovideinformation relating to data relating to death and impact which pandemic has created on healthcare sector. Moreover, the discussion will be based impact of pandemic on social and economy as well. Covid-19 in general Due to pandemic, many people has suffered a lot of challenges which has impacted their life drastically.The current pandemic has created negative impact over the working efficiency of companies and the overall economy as well.Due to economic shutdown, many people have faced unemployment, poverty, inflation and other issues (Bhattacharjee and Lisauskaite, 2020). They have lost their jobs which eventually impacted their purchasing habits and this has impacted their ability to purchase anything, especially basic necessities.With respect to the economic shutdown the efficiency of economy has decreased which resulted in creating engatvie impact on efficiency of employees and overall GDP of economy as well.In addition,in the year 2020 the death rate has also enhanced, this has shattered people of country and their mental health. Moreover,the lockdown within the economy has resulted in variations in stock market as well.
By evaluating the above chart, it is clear that in the year 2020-2021, there has been an increasing death ratio, means many people lost their life due to corona pandemic. But major steps taken by government and other management the number of death started to decline a little bit in the end of year 2021. Impact of covid-19 over healthcare in UK Healthcare sector is most delicate and important industry among all, but this pandemic also affected the health care sector of UK. The main reason behind this includes, due to first lockdown the utilization of healthcare appliances and other tools was more and people were not able to afford such costly techniques (Keogh-Brown and et.al., 2020). The another impact being initiated by pandemic was the there was long waiting list of patient andappointment for medical treatment as there were many people was suffering from high fever and illness called COVID- 19. Due to this, many people has suffered from mental health and depression by viewing the situation outside world. Moreover, people were at home and by viewing news channels and social message their mental health and anxiety level has increased this has also increased the pressure on people. Due to this situation, there was an increase in the cases of anxiety and depression in the year 2020.

Due to this, many people lost their jobs, and there was reduction in employment of people, this has impacted their purchasing power and many companies has to shut down their businesses because they have suffered huge loss (Su and et.al., 2021). In addition, there was increase in unemployment rate, inflation, interest rate and other factors.
By evaluating the above mentioned chart, it has been clearly identified that there is an increase in unemployment rate, which has impacted the basic life of people because now they are not able to satisfy their needs due to pandemic lockdown.With the research it is clear that there is increase in level of unemployment by the January 2020.By understanding the chart, it has beenanalysed that unemployment is rising as a result of lockdownIf people are not having job they will not be able to purchase anything such as groceries items and other basic requirement. Moreover, all types of industriesin UK economywere affected negatively by the covid-19 pandemic whether it is hospitality sector, retail industry, healthcare sector and transportation.
Impact of COVID-19 on social life The current virus has given negative impact on lifestyle of all persons in terms of offering inability to meet social requirements, as they are not able to gather together and do not communicate with each other. According to reports, the impact of pandemic has impacted well- being of the most of the people includes college going students, health workers, children (Murray and et.al., 2021). This is because government has passed the order to make social distance in order to maintain social well-being and health of people. There is rise in government restriction which has forced people to maintain distance people who are infected for their personal heaths safety.This has outcome in lack of social gathering which were considered to crucial for gaining mental peace and created differentiation among people.Also many companies have announced work from home facilities, this has also created communication gap between employees of the firm. However, thanks to technology and telephone services devices like mobile phones and other gadgets has decrease the negative effects of the lockdown. With the help of telephones, emails, messages and other communication methods, people can easily talk with each other and share their feelings/empathy over the phone (Nicola and et.al., 2020). There was also other way to communicatewhich has helped people to keep balance in their social life via taking use of social media platform such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and message.This was the best way for people in overcoming pressured raised due to lockdown and assisted in spending time for their learning abilities, working on skills, improving areas of development and other creativity. Also, during lockdown mobility of people were restricted that has adverselyimpacted the motivational level ofperson and created dissatisfaction about the life.

CONCLUSION To conclude, recentadversesituation ofcovid 19 has influenced people’s efficiency & their ability to work. Due to this, there has been a major impact on economic, social, healthcare and transportation sector. However, government has taken major steps to reduce the impact of pandemic over these sectors such as self-care guidelines, guidelines on wear mask and using sanitizers.
