The pandemic has impacted negatively on overall performance & management of Tourism
companies. It is one of the impacted industry by Covid-19 & is affecting on the economy and
services as well. Almost, Tourism organisations has closed as they are not capable enough to
operate their functions in COVID-19 which further leads high loss to the economy and livelihood
of people (Higgins-Desbiolles, 2020). In the present study, TUI is taken into consideration. It is a
British travel leisure group which was established in year 2007 and headquartered in UK. The
objective of the present study is to analyse the influence of COVID-19 on management &
performance of Tourism.

present investigation, it will help respective company to identify the impact of Covid-19 on

to the present investigation, the methods used is given below:

according to the present study, qualitative is appropriate as well as valuable. The reason to select
this it assist research worker to collect information about the issue in a timely and appropriate
manner.

consist of set of assumptions and beliefs that help research worker to collect and interpret data in

as it help in collecting and also evaluating secondary data. Furthermore, it helps researcher to
