Introduction
The current essay is all about the impact of Covid-19 upon the social life of an individual
and for that different data has been used in order to determine the impact over the economy,
society etc. The current section will determine the total death occurred in UK at the time of
coronavirus and then determine the impact of same upon the healthcare in UK. Further, section
also determine the impact of covuid-19 upon economy in UK.
Covid-19 in UK
In UK, the cases of coronavirus is increases promptly because the government do not
take any measure initially that affect the cases in negative manner. Almost each part of UK was
badly affected from the virus and that is why, it can be stated that the death rate increases. The
main reason of increasing death is lack of equipment and vaccine, that is why, healthcare
workers are not able to save the life (Aburto and et.al., 2021).

deaths recorded that is highest. On the other side, 1340 deaths recorded in Northern Ireland and
then 2918 recorded in Scotland. However, in Wales the death rate was 3710 which is third
highest as per the official statistics. Therefore, it can be stated that the trend of coronavirus in
UK is keep increases up to the end of 2021 and there are number of deaths recorded and some of
them are not as well. Though government also make effective response in order to control the
situation like self-isolation but unfortunately the situation become worse and it lead to increase
the number of deaths due to lack of cure. Hence, it can be stated that death rate in UK is keep
increases after 2020 due to lack of equipment and understand the situation.
Impact of Covid-19 on the healthcare in UK
The impact of Covid-19 on the healthcare in UK is worse because workers are not determine
how to treat their patients at the time of pandemic. Also, it has been identified that the rate of
performing the health checks was reduced by 76% to 88% from last 10 years and this is because
healthcare workers are not able to determine the ways through which the chances of disease can
be decreased. That is why, it can be stated that Covid-19 has a negative impact over the health of
UK (Aughterson and et.al., 2021). Thus, the health system of UK is fails and at global level it
strives to cope but die to lack of guidance there is no specific results generated at the initial year

worst situation which need to be overcome in next upcoming years that helps to recover the
entire situation and create a better outcome. Apart from this, monthly production output also
grew by 0.8% but it remained 1.3% below its February 2020 level. Therefore, it shows that there
is negative impact identified over the economy as majority of the work is stop manufacturers
shut down their work and this in turn create a negative impact over the GDP (Impact of Covid-19

In accordance with the above graph of unemployment rate within 2021, it has been
identified that in the first quarter of 2021, the rate of unemployment is 4.9% which is somehow
decreases by 4.7% in second quarter. The same trend was followed at the end of 2021 and this
shows that the rate is decreases by the end of 2021. Hence, it can be stated that the effect of
Covid-19 was low even though here was second wave in the world, but with the help of vaccine,
the death rate has been controlled and it assist to manage GDP of the country so that youngsters
can perform the job and this assist to create a better outcome for the company as well.

On the other hand, it has been identified that millions of agriculture workers regularly
faces high level of working poverty and malnutrition that affect the overall performance in
negative manner. Apart from this, fear and anxiety has also increases among the people and this
causes negative impact over the entire life of the people. Therefore, public health emergencies
are stressful situation for the people and communities that increases depression among the
individual and affect the mental health. Thus, it can be stated that due to pandemic, people
actually affected negatively in term of physical and mentally (McFadden and et.al., 2021). Also,
there has been poorly protected low paid jobs that causes negative impact over the people and
created negative impact. Overall, it can be stated that due to increasing poverty rate, lack of
resources and job loss, most of the people actually suffered a lot during the time of pandemic. On
the other side, due to lockdown situation, the pandemic also somehow increases the social
connectivity of people by increasing physical distance. At this time, people start connecting with
social media and give time to their families which in turn assist to reduce conflicts and
disparities. Also, the role of personality also plays an important role in protecting people’s well-
being at the time of pandemic and the pattern of results can be seen through virtual chatting
because people are engaging more on social activities that help to improve the social
connectivity. Hence, it can be stated that Covid-19 somehow affects the entire person life but it
also provides a chance to focus upon their relation and family.

over the health, economics and social care and though government take many steps in order to
reduce the negative impact over them. Through the statistic, it has been identified that at 2020
when the virus is spreading all over the world then scientist, healthcare workers are not aware of
such things and it create a negative impact over the human life. Not only this, it also have a
negative impact over the economy of a country and the GDP of UK decreases quickly and it
takes time to manage the same.
