of people across world. World health organisation’s is now working towards development of
certain preventive measures to protect against the spreading of corona virus. Some of the
measures include staying up-to-date with the latest information related to covid-19 virus and
updating about the local and National public health authorities. There have been developments of
global standard of testing for covid-19 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. There is
need to focus on development of measures so hat overall spread of the virus can be prevented
and it can help in dealing with the changing situations of the external environment. For this
purpose of handling issues of stress and fear among people is very important in the changing
scenario. There has been requirement of support from government to formulate certain measures
that can help people in dealing with situation of mental break down with a better positive
attitude.

present research work there is systematic learning of the way research is carried on by
application of secondary available sources. In this I worked on collecting data by identification
of authentic and reliable sources that can assist me in the process of appropriate execution of this
research work.
Reflective observation: In this stage the overall experience was based on some of the situations
that were actually very different and I haven’t experienced similar situations before. It include
not being able to properly identify the authentic sources as there was a limited time period that
was available in which whole research work had to be completed. So this situation mainly arise
because of limited availably of resources and my other team mates assisted me in this stage to
work on the ways that could lead to optimum utilisation of available resources.
Abstract conceptualisation: In this stage identified ways in which I could work on further
dealing with the situation of development of strategies. For this I had to work on improvement of
my communication and leadership skills.
Active experimentation: In this stage I have developed experiences of communication skills,
time management skills that have helped me in successful completion of the research work.
Further use of effective collaborative techniques has lead to solving of all the conflicts that took

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above discussed information that there are various different
aspects that are part of changing external environment. The present outbreak of covid warriors
has affected organisations and that has lead to generation of complete drastic impact on the
