Recommendations It has been recommended that chosen firm should more focus on digital marketing services because during covid-19 people are more depend online purchasing. Also, it helps to improve the productivity for working transformation. It is to be suggested that Macleod should introduce new policy and procedures which can help the employees to communicates in better manner.
Conclusion It has been concluded that workplace transformation has affected company in negatives manner and has faced different challenges during covid-19. The researcher has also collecting the information on the basis of primary and secondary method in order to maintain the relevancy of the data.
