Introduction In the below report it is discussed about the covis 19 protocols to the guest checking in to the hotel. The hotel selected within this report is Marriott hotel and resort. This report analyse about this global pandemic protocols which are being used by customers. Main body How to effectively explain COVID 19 protocols to a guest checking into the hotel or resort As during a time of post covid 19 pandemic, many of the organization has gone in loss. This has affected most of the organization (Raoofi, Radmerikhi, and Sari, 2021). Within this report Marriott hotel and resorts is taken into consideration. It is one of the biggest hotel which is effectively following covid 19 protocols. Also it is showing their employees and customers to follow their protocols. Hotel is working towards applying hand sanitizes, social distancing and masks. Further, they are working towards application of the employees working and resulting in development of the organizational profits and revenue. Some of techniques used by managers of Marriott hotel is to explain the pandemic protocols. They are using techniques discussed below : Firstly, hotel is changing their protocols, related to the guest is that they are fully vaccinated and required to wear masks and keep social distancing. Managers are working towards making understanding of protocols used by guest. As they are working towards those guest who are fully vaccinated (Haddon, and Bennett, 2021). Further, they are only giving entries to those employees and those customers who are vaccinated and not entering to those guest who are not vaccinated. Secondly, they are making hand wash to the who is entering into the hotel. They are taking all safety measures in order to reduce any type of risk related to the diseases. There is a cleaning and sanitizing protocols, they are working on those and developing their employees strength. Further, managers of Marriott hotel are providing flexible working environment to their employees so that they could do work from home and this results in achievement of their goals and objectives. Hotel is making understanding to the customers that they are keeping all safety measures related to pandemic (Loke, and Rakotonirainy, 2021). 3
Hotel is also doing webinars and making aware on their websites about the protocols used in the hotel environment. So that if guest arrives, then they should already know about the safety measures and actions which are going to come. Managers are providing masks to the customers arrives and making them hand sanitize at a time when they enter (Zgovu, 2021). Further, they are developing the employees in such a manner so that they could develop more effective and perform their work in efficient manner. Conclusion From the above report, it is concluded that covid 19 protocols are being used by hotel in order to just away from any type of diseases. This helps the organisations in taking take of their guest and provides them best. 4
