MAIN BODY Business communication: When the COVID-19hit the world with its powerful impact, every thing in this world as impacted (Velavan and Meyer, 2020). Government of every country imposes lock down to stop the spread of the virus, instructed people to stay inside their home until the vaccine is arrived. Even after the things getting normal in the world, people still not taking this virus seriously and not ready to get vaccinated. The government have fund the reason and divided it into different parts such as: Physical barriers:people in some rural areas are facing problems to get vaccinated as their vaccination centres are far in the urban area, this physical barriers is slowly getting solved as government is ready to establish vaccination centre in rural area (Conis, 2021). Some people are facing problem in vaccination because they are physically disabled and cannot go to the vaccination centre, although government is trying to reach such people at their place and often providing vaccine. Emotional barrier:emotional barrier means the trust issue and fear of getting vaccinated, this is most common issue which can be seen in the young age group as they fear to get vaccinated. Some old age people get worried because they think after the vaccination their healthy will get effected. Some people are too much emotional and more concern about their lives, they started to believe that vaccine will reduce the life expectancy and often make their body weak, this emotional weakness is a challenging barrier which stopping people to get vaccinated. Information barrier:information about the vaccine travel in two forms, the first one is a positive way and the other one is negative. The negative information about the vaccine is spreading within the public and misguiding people to take vaccine (Guffey and Loewy, 2021). Lack of information can be very dangerous for the people, some people did not read about the benefits of the vaccine and often started to believe fake news such lead them to serious health problem. Government is using news channels and other means of media to spread the right information about the vaccine and promoting public health and safety in the country. Attitudinal barriers:attitudinal barriers are most common in young people, they believe they have strong immune system and can easily be safe from the COVID-19, this Barrie is often face by government while aware the youth about the vaccine. Some people are spreading fake news 2
by their own thoughts about the vaccine, their attitudinal behaviour is influencing other people to stay away from the vaccination. People need to change their attitude towards vaccination or else this will create huge problem in the future. Cultural barriers:cultural barrier means many people find it difficult to speak and understand English, most of the information about the vaccine is available in the universal language. It can be notice in some part of the country, that people are facing cultural barrier as a serious issue, nurse and vaccine working are not importance to their own culture people first and others second, which creating a unnecessary issues and conflict in the country. 3
