This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on work flexibility and environment of hospitality organizations, with a case study on Hilton Hotel. The proposal will explore the concept of work flexibility, Covid-19's impact on work flexibility in the hospitality sector, and the importance of work flexibility in the hospitality industry. The study will use a qualitative research approach and thematic analysis for data collection and analysis. The research will be helpful for scholars carrying out research similar to the current study in evaluating the data collected by them and forming conclusions on the basis of the same.
