Along with this it has been identified that this industry get severely affected in terms of managing employees and providing services and facilities to customers as there were number of safety and security restriction imposed by government. The outbreak of Covid-19 dramatically affected many business organisations in this sector which lead them to temporarily and permanently shutdown their business activities. In addition to this it has been underlined at the outbreak of this pandmeic created many challenges in front of company to manage their workplace efficiency. This pandemic accelerated trend of remote working in which employees were subjected to perform their business operations from their home. Furthermore it has been underlined that Covid- 19 pandemic disrupted labour market nearly all business sectors in which hospitality industry face challenges to adjust the working pattern of employees in which employees faced challenges like demotivation, stress which increases the overall rate of employee turnover.
