major challenge itself. One of the issues was getting approval from the company to conduct
study on. I lacked effective communication skills and self-confidence. Ineffective
communication skills created issue while conducting primary data and its analysis. Time
management was also a major issue i.e. conducting research and its analysis on time was a big
challenge.

decided to make use of quantitative research method in order to accumulate and analysis the
information in effective manner. For the quantitative method I will make use of SPSS software
that will help me in extracting necessary information required for completing the research.
