Recommendation
It is to be suggested to Mc Lead that in order to deal with the challenge of unstable
prodigality during the occurrence of Covid – 19 event it can make use of digital
marketing as it was one of the most used format of doing business in pandemic. It
will help in analysing overall growth of firm as well as selling the service effectively
to customer (Chen and et.al., 2019). Along with this, the digital technology will also
help in increasing the sales of the organization in positive manner as it contributes in
giving detail about the current changes going on the market. That result in developing
the services according to taste and preferences of customer.
Moreover, in order to deal with the pandemic company, need to establish new
policies and procedure so that employees can communicate effectively as well as get
personal time for managing their work life balance in the changing external market.
The new policy will also help in avoiding the intervention of government as well as
employee turnover.
Third recommendation is in order to maintain profitability the company need to come
up with innovative idea that will help in reducing competitive advantage (Xiong and
et.al., 2020). Along with this, company can collaborate with other large firm in order
to increase their market share after post pandemic. The partnership with large firm
will help in meeting with the other external event in effective manner.
