Furthermore, bureaucratic theory is linked to hierarchical organization, in which various types of work are distributed to particular people. It concentrate on making clear delineated by establishing hierarchy organization for labor division in which it breakdown task in distinct methods and assigned it to manageable by utilising this idea (Ertekin, and et.al, 2018). It is recognised as a significant aspect within bureaucratic theory to be connected to division of work. They distinguish the principles of their research of addressing communicating in this. In response to the organisation, handle decision-making procedures productively while stressing resource control in an effective manner. This aids in the
achievement of organisational goals as well as the identification of challenges in the hospitality industry. This has a significant influence on business creation or design that differentiates organisations based on low impersonality. As according to campaign that conducted this will be helpful and determine the factor that will help the people and get vaccinated but the main barrier in the vaccination are; Lack of access:this is the barrier that will faces during the vaccination applying that people are not aware about and where they want to go to get the vaccine they do not even know therefore the lack of communication in the community are determine and after the years ago now the children below 12 are eligible to get the vaccination but not everyone knows about his therefore this has to be advertised as much as possible and get to the people as much they can try (Sisk, and et.al 2021).

Hesitation:this is also the main barrier in order to get the vaccine that many people are afraid to get the vaccination that they will fall sick or may be dad that's why the proper communication and awareness is needed in this case. Government strategies to overcome these barriers. COVID-19 has a lot of barriers which describe above and the government also strategic for this to enhance and improve the vaccination process among the people by which the government also increasethepeopleawarenessoftheirhealthandthegovernmentstrategyforthisis communication, bring awareness by campaign, by promoting through media and social media channels. As the government strategy to overcome the barriers of the COVID vaccination they should implement these and in many region government also develop these for the betterment of the people such as; Communication:communication is the key to all the factor for the better awareness among the people by which people are aware of the vaccination, and they create a good image of the vaccination by which they are able to get vaccine for their own benefits. Communication is the essential for the people, and they have created the best way to analyse and passes the message by which they are able to get the vaccine (Darko, and Chan, 2017).
Campaign:with the help of campaign people get to know about the vaccination, and they will bring the awareness of the people and how will they promote this. Government has started many campaigns in many region by which they are able to create the major awareness among the people. As the social media is the essential things nowadays to promote any thing's government should also try this and create the best way to promote the vaccination and decrease the barrier that government faces among the people. Social media influencer:social media influencer give the best motivate and encouragement among the people to get the vaccine done for their own benefits their it is important for the government to promote the vaccination through the social media influencer because people will get easily influence by this. Social media influencer are enhancing marketing communication and so many people follow them that's why government should choose this method for the effective result (Aw, and et.al 2021). RECOMMENDATION & CONCLUSION Summarize report conclude the information about the COVID-19 barriers by which the people do not get the vaccination. The report concludes the strategy that government should apply and implement for the betterment and bring the awareness among the people to get the vaccination done. The report also concluded some theories by which government can use in regard to analyse the strategy and awareness through he communication and also included the barriers of communication of the vaccination by which people are afraid to get the vaccination. Recommendation in regard this report is government should implement these strategies which
they already did but for the effective result they should work and get people done the vaccination in their regions.
