Learning and self reflection are two main aspects as part of academic life of a student. There are many key aspects that is part of classroom lectures and have to be understood to get a understanding of learnt insights.Academic learning is related to learning of skills, developing a attitude for self evaluation according to present situation & learning habits of individuals. It is necessary to get insights of self development & self learning that is related to way individuals are able to perceive the knowledge(Banditvilai, 2016). Present report consist a reflective statement that is used for analysing different learning aspects, preparation of a performance development plan for further improvement of performance. TASK 1 Reflection on performance of group presentation: Learnings: There have been many learnings that have been part of my academic year and helped me in enhancing my present level of skills. Some of such learnings have been from different lessons that I learnt this year from different courses. Initially I focused on understand the syllabus of every module by getting insights of indicative content that have to be studied further. After this I focussed on getting knowledge of the main theme of first module. My overall learnings have been focussed on introduction of module, it detailed assessment and basic aspects of core reading. Further there has been evaluation of reading, writing skills and practical aspects of group presentation(Blaschke, 2018). PRI assessment was main part of this module that I learnt by continuously focussing on tests that have to be undergone before a new unit is started. It helps in getting a knowledge about the teachings and instructions that will be required to break the complexity of change for students. New information: In terms of learning something new I have able to develop insights oftime management and practical aspects ofgroup presentationthat I earlier studied from theoretical point. While I was preparing for the presentation there was focus oncollecting of informationof the required topic that was based on importance of success for a student and different attributes that can lead towards success for a student. Another crucial element was learning the aspect of PRI assessment where I understood the key determinants of studentship. Interpersonal skills that is basically two types that aresoftandhard skillswere also part of my overall learnings as part from this
presentation. I understood thatsoft skillsare those that are related to specific personality traits like communication, time management and leadership that vary with each individual and have to be acquired with time it is not a one time activity but a continuous process. On other hand hard skills are those that is part of specific technical knowledge & have to be learnt with proper training measures. I also got a opportunity to understand theprinciples of oral presentationthat is crucial part of audio recording. I also focused onpresentation slides.There are many key issues that are part of interview approachthat includes the most frequently askedquestions essay writingis also a skill that I got to understand through this module by understanding the key aspects that help aessayin being more attractive and understanding for readers. Interesting part: Working on the modules was a very interesting task as it helped in enhancing my present knowledge & capabilities. There are many different aspects that can help a presentation in being more interesting for audiences(Baars and Wijnia, 2018). Reading and writing skills are something thatI have been using frequently for presentation of my class assignment or presentation. But through this module I got a opportunity to understand the practical aspects of a group presentation. The role of individual along with other team members who were part of this presentation leads towards getting better results in form of conveying the right message and information to the target audiences. I learnt how can a student focus on self development. Self development is a part of self reflection that is concern with managing weakness by a student by focussing on aspects of personal & professional development aspects. Use of new information: Allinformationthathasbeencollectedfromdifferentsourcesforpreparationof presentation has to be using in getting professional and academic benefits further for a student. All this information that I have learnt in this module is going to help me in future to have adequate knowledge of the key aspects of PRI assessment(Leo,Cocchiand Brayda,2016). There will be discussion of all the key determinants of studentship and how can effective team be formed. This knowledge will help both in the way to form a team and divide the task so that effectiveness of functions can be maximised. The most commonly askedinterview questions will help me in dealing with nervousness from interviews. In the process of learning from the module I faced difficulty related to not being able to understand the main theme of module assessment especially in case of assignment task. There have been problems with concern to adopting the Cornell system of making notes. There are many different features of this note taking system such as examination of Present note taking system, exploring of a different note taking strategies and then making a final assessment in which strategy is working best(Huhn, , 2017). I have always believed that hand written notes works best for a student and is a fr more effective method than types notes. This Cornell system of making notes is something different as it requires making a self analysis of present used methods and according to faced issues there is identification of best notes making strategies. It is a problems that I faced in this module but then I started focussing of physical activity during class where earlier I just laid emphasis on effective listening & memorizing what lecture is saying. But now as part of learning from this module I started writing the most important lines and teachings. TASK 2 Areas to be developed further: Based on above analysis & my personal experience there is requirement to focus on my personal experience and the key skillsthat need further development to meet a particular standards. Some of such skills that have to be improved further in case of academic & professional skills are discussed below: Academic skills: Core reading: Core reading is a aspect that is concern with reading of mini lessons, with proper study instruction for building of strong foundation sills. I have to learn the skills of core reading that is writing of mini lessons that can support whole process of writing. Time management:Time management is a skill that includes skills such as organisation to maintain a clear picture of tasks to be done, prioritization skill that is focussing on key priorities of tasks that are time sensitive. Goal setting that helpsin setting of both short & long term goals. Development of strong communication skills and last is planning skills. All these skills have to be developed to manage efficiently the available limited time period. Interpersonal skills:I realised through learnings of this particular module & presentation that there is need to develop my present level of interspinal skills. Such type of skills are very
important for better learning, personality development and improvement of academics. It consist of a combination of skills ranging from better communication with people, high confidence, verbal communication skills, creative thinking that will help me in enhancing utility of my assignments, projects & presentation. All this is going to posses a direct positive impact on my academic scores. Professional skills: Stress management:There is a need to manage stress in order to remain positive and motivated at same time(Wang,Liu and Cai,, 2019). The interview preparation is one such key method that can help me in managing high amount of stress and nervousness that is very important in order to crack interviews. Team building:Team formation and team activities are a very crucial part of both academic and professional career in life of a individual(So, Bennett-Levy and et.al 2018). There is a need to lay emphasis on building of team so that team builders are able to lay importance on working together to meet their respective objectives. Team building will help me in getting to known what are various inputs that are required to develop goals and define steps necessary in reaching those goals through collective group performance. Adaptability:Adaptability is a feature that deals with openness for new concepts and ideas that can help in working independently as a prt of a corporate brand. This skill is going to help me in future to carry put duties and responsibilities at workplace with multiple projects at a time. TASK 3 Action development plan Anaction planis focussed on creation of a improvement effort. It is a document that is prepared by a individual to review the progress made towards a specified targets according to a particular tome period. In present situation there is a performance development plan that is prepared for a student to get insights of different skills and areas that have to be developed to achieve a particular set level of objectives.

CONCLUSION With above discussed information it is summarised that self evaluation is not a one time activity but it is a continuous process that takes place with every individual. Self reflection is a crucial aspects that can help a student in getting insight of the way a student can reflect their overall learnings and present state to improve the overall lacking areas. There are many different activitiesthat help in process of developing the skills in which a individual is lacking. For this there is need to identify strength and weakness so that there can be a timely formation of a cation plan for a specified time period. Such action plans and performance development plans are required to develop skills according to set standards.
