2. Continuing professional development (previously undertaken)
I am pursing bachelor of nursing in which I get the experience of nurse which help for
learning new techniques as well as it has helped me to reinforce current skills while reducing

quality of nursing care, patients safety, nurses satisfaction and healthcare costs (Khalil and
Abou Hashish, 2022). I have working as as nurse in order to get experience of nurse care

related to blood transfusions, manual handling and safeguarding. Then, for nurse it is
necessary to take the responsibility of caring people terminally ill and set the priorities which
ares required in CPD learning that is crucial part of healthcare professional. In nursing I get
knowledge for not everyday is same because there are variety of people who are comes to
hospital for get care as well as for home nursing it is help for explore more in order to focus
on other type of research in community in general practice (Bjerkvik and Hilli, 2019).
The primary role of nurse is based on daily basis which are related to the patients that
get direct and proper care if they need as well as there are number of ways by which it help
for identify the needs of patients in order implemented and monitor the patient medical plan
and treatment. It has been ensured about the conducted policies and procedure which are
related to standards of employer in another facility. During my nurse care life I get
knowledge for assessing, observing and speaking to others as well as it is recording details
and symptoms of patients medical history . Then, it help for patient by prepare for exams and
treatment. Then, administrating medications and treatment in order to monitor patients with
side effects and reactions. I was performed wound care such as cleaning and bandaging them.

4. Reflection Task
With the help of reflection it has been analyzed that there are different types of
problem which are solve in order to focus on technical dimension. For nursing student it is
necessary to do the clinical practice which are related to self reflecting educators. I learnt that
it is necessary to focus on selflessness and courage which help for devoting time for others as
well as it help for providing knowledge by helping others. Then, I learn on the basis of
different type of activity which are related to working long and experience straining
situations for satisfaction and fulfillment of helpings other. Also, for more special it is help
for experiencing life and death on the basis of knowledge, self emotions, strength and
courage by which I get experience of human connection experience that I would say it is one
of the important part that prevails any thought of stress.
Now I want to increase my knowledge in order to focus on concerning role which is
related to nursing as well as it effect community which focus more on different types of
challenge which are faced by nurse at feet of moment as well as there are diverse or
educational opportunities which are help me to adapting ass more as possible that is help for
environments. I can say that nursing job is full of appreciation because in which people give
lots of blessing that is necessary for sick and deaf people. With the help of human interaction
it help me to create positive environment and help to improve my listening habit that is
necessary for nurse to get habit of listening. Ins the medicals ward I get lots of knowledge
that help me to learn effectively as well as it help for providing sensitivity.
