Executive Summary
The assignment aims at creating a business plan for the Future Profit Pty Ltd that would be
successfully looking out for growth options in the Canberra Region. The business plan that
would be carried out by the company will be well analyzed based on the capital available for
expansion that is around $350K, marketing strategy it would be deploying, operational plan it
would be developing and the financial projections it has well set put for the company. The
financial projections has well been done for a sum of three years whereby relevant cash inflows
and outflows have been considered for analyzing the profitability arising from the new business
services.

Introduction
Future Profit Pty Ltd operates as a business consulting and helps its client in the
accountancy field with various accounting and finance work and operates in the Consultancy
Industry, which is operated by Jane who is well working in this field for around 20 years is
recognized well for the work delivered. The Company is well known locally, nationally and
internationally for the type of services rendered. The majority of the client for the company is
based in Canberra and she would be in particular targeting SME’s for whom are in the rapid
growth face and would be willing to take a business consulting as well as accounting related
services so that the operations and data management could be better done which in turn helps in
the operations. The key purpose of the business plan would be to address the growth of the
business, with the help of the operational, marketing and financial plan that would be covering
the demand, the various trends that have been observed in the industry and the strategy for the
company to cover these fields (Wagner 2019).

The business analysis for the company can be well done with the help of SWOT Analysis shown
