INTRODUCTION
Project management is associated with application of various aspects such as processes,
methods, skills and many more so as to attain objectives of the project. Within specified time
limit effective results can be achieved by project management. On the other hand interest of
various stakeholders can be maximised with the help of project management and similarly this is
helpful in attaining overall targets. For the major purpose to attain aims and objectives of
business this is imperative that prominent approaches are applied and controlled in similar
manner (Cooke, 2016). After completion of report an end report is to be prepared by the project
manager in order to ascertain prominent output and understand the same. This report is based on
a new online travel company named Go Crazy. The company is providing booking services
which are online available for their customers. This report is associated with application of
PRINCE-2 Model and roles and responsibilities of self competence.

For completion of this project desired results are required to be attained within specified
time limit by using various impactful approaches in order to control and monitor the project. The
essential requirement of the project is to plan all the activities in such a way that quality can be
maintained along with high customer satisfaction. This is essential that data which are associated
with activities are properly controlled and on the other hand cost and time related aspects are
required to be managed so that high efficacy can be attained as well. Project control is defined as
the process which is related to activity improvements and taking out enhanced outcomes. In the
activities of project control there are various procedures which are involved such as planning of
project, budgeting, management of risk, management of change, forecasting and management of
performance. All the above processes are helpful for Go Crazy in order to attain high quality in
their services so that prominence can be received in new construction site. This is helpful for Go
Crazy in order to enhance their brand image within industry so that requirements of customer can
be met in most significant manner (Young, 2016).
PRINCE2 is an acronym for Projects IN Controlled Environment, this is a process which
is helpful for the project in management of a project throughout its ending in order to accomplish
effective results. This model is effectively applied by Go Crazy so as to get high assistance over

their new construction site and enhance customer experience. This model is helpful for the
company in maintaining their brand image at marketplace and to render learning environment to
their employee so that they can contribute more in organisational success. This is helpful for Go
Crazy in attaining high number of customer by which they can grow in the marketplace at rapid
speed. The principle of PRINCE 2 model are required to be applied in significant manner so that
desired targets can be achieved in frequent manner and high return on investment can be earned
as well (Fewings and Henjewele, 2019). Similarly this approach is helpful in gathering
experiences which are beneficial in near future and on the other hand this model is assisting Go
Crazy in order to delegate various roles and responsibilities in such a way that prominent
efficiency can be attained. These principles are highly helpful project execution and these are
assisting Go Crazy in completing the project on appropriate time. Processes of PRINCE 2 model
is elaborated as under which are helpful for Go Crazy in completing proposed project: Starting the project: In this project mandate is created by manager in which goals and
objectives are mentioned and after approval of project manager the project can be
initiated. Directing a project: After project approval direction is needed by the project in which
resources are inculcated and effective team is made by manager. On the other hand under
this process roles and responsibilities are delegated within team members as according to
proficiency held. Initiating the project: After delegation of roles and responsibilities a project plan is
created in which various dimensions are added such as time, cost, quality, risk and
benefits within each and every stage. Controlling: The project is requisite to be divided into tiny parts so that to gain efficacy
in the project and on the other hand within this process all the activities of the project in
order to make necessary changes (Vujosevic and et. al., 2018). Managing product delivery: Under this stage progression of the project is calculated by
which timing of delivery is examined. Besides this under the process actual performance
is compared to expected one so as to make effective modifications. Managing stage boundaries: Under this stage outcomes are reviewed by manager in
order to ascertain path of the project.

 Closing a project: Under this stage after achieving goals the process of shutting down a
project is initiated. Records are required to be kept so that to maintain appropriate records
in order to take decision of closure of project.
By utilising the above steps processes of PRINCE 2 are ascertained by Go Crazy so as to
complete their proposed project on proper time. With the help of this model aims and objectives
of project can be attained in significant manner. This model is leading Go Crazy to earn high
returns in their project which is aiming to get more efficacy. This is essential for the project that
controlling measures are required to be established so as to apply various aspects such as cost,

The end project is associated with project manager as they are the person which are
preparing this report. This report is related with achieving desired goals in accurate timing and
taking decision regarding completion of project. This report is associated with giving
information regarding deliverables and to attain high efficacy in completion of project in order to
attain high customer satisfaction. This is providing details which are helpful for completing
project and needs of customer can easily be examined so that the same can be evaluated in
appropriate manner and can be received by customer in prominent manner. Some of the details
are enlisted below which are associated with EOP report in order to analyse project outcome:
The major objective of the project is to enhance efficacy and minimise cost by
introducing a new construction site in order to attract high customer and sales of Go Crazy as
well. This project is having capabilities to attain pre decided objectives in proper manner along
with completing the same in specified time and allocated budget. On the other hand as prominent
objective of Go Crazy is to achieve high efficiency so for this they are required to minimise their
cost and introduce technological advancements in processes by which positive implications can
be seen on brand image and market reputation as well (Heagney, 2016).
The major benefits which are aiming to achieve with the help of this project is
maximising efficiency and minimisation of applied cost. On the other hand other objective of
this project is to boost sales so that to attract high customer by which Go Crazy can establish
their brand name in market place at a recognisable place. With the help of this project high
technological advanced buildings are manufactured which are affordable in nature so by which

huge customer can be attracted in this sector in order to enhance customer capture and brand
recall value.
Further this is helpful in maintaining market image by which funds can be received by
Go Crazy in order to attain high efficacy in business activities. With these processes all the
stakeholders of Go Crazy are having positive implication in order to get satisfaction over project
initiation and completion of the project (Rowe, 2020).
The project manager of Go Crazy is keeping their activities adhered to real scope so that
to control and manage deliverables of the project in such a way that high assistance can be
received in completing the project along with high efficacy. These processes assisted project
manager in finishing the proposed project within budget of £50000 and in time frame of 6
months. By delegating roles and responsibilities in prominent manner this is imperative that
project manager is trying to keep their project adhered to the original scope by which any major
risk can be minimised so as to get high efficiency in the project. Similarly resources of the
project are used in effective and full manner so that assistance is received in order to complete
the given project in appropriate time and budget framework.
In t e process of attaining high efficacy within project, project manager of GO Crazy is
using PRINCE 2 model by which they are getting assistance over reviewing the project in
effective manner whenever necessary. This is helpful in enhancing overall quality of the project
in which delegated responsibilities to team member are using their own skills and capabilities for
attaining high sufficiency in the proposed project (Kerzner, 2017. The modifications which are
associated with enumeration of effective communication between team members so that to
allocate resources in a way in which project can be completed in proper manner along with high
efficiency. Changes were taken in original plan so that to minimise occurrence of various
challenges such as ineffective communication, resource conflicts, undermining accountability of
team members. These aspects are associated with real plan and team members are designated
with the same by which they are able to execute roles and responsibilities in most effective
manner. By using Gantt chart and WBS chart effective communication is being established by
project manager and this is helpful in enhancing overall quality of the results.
During this project I was part of project team which is helpful for me in increasing my
knowledge and skills in which I was able to execute my roles and responsibilities in proficient
manner. During this project I grabbed knowledge regarding project completion that would help

me in boosting my professional and personal career and in becoming successful by making high
coordination with team members. I undertaken various activities which helped me to learn
numerous skills such as leading personnel by which I got to learn regarding abilities through that
project management can easily be executed along with attaining high efficacy. On the other hand
I learnt regarding effective communication skills in which high efficacy can be received in
making proper flow of information. This project helped me to use skills of team mates in such a
way that smooth flow of information can be executed (Knipfer, C. and et. al., 2019).
There are so many aspects in which I have undertaken sufficiency such as my analytical
and critical thinking skills which helped me in framing effective decisions within project.
Somehow I managed stress management skills in which I managed various problem which was
faced during my project tenure. This helped me in managing stress levels at various stages so
assisted me in managing risk constraints. The project was successfully managed by me using
various resources and those assisted me through out the project in order to Finish the same on
deadline. With the help of application of PRINCE 2 approach desired outcomes was
accomplished within project and this is useful in attaining overall efficiency. Recommendations
are the part which is helpful in completing the project along with delegating roles and
responsibilities in equability manner. On the other hand for by delegating roles and
responsibilities in prominent manner and this guides the project to get completed on appropriate
time. At the same time team leaders can review work of others so that an improvements can be
executed in order to achieve high efficiency in project. Besides this democratic leadership style
can be adopted for inculcating views of team members in decision making and to attain high
quality in final judgement so that to enhance quality in results. I can improvise my skills so that
to manage time and to complete the project in given time frame. In order to attain overall
efficacy this is imperative that all the activities are taken care and loop holes are found out by
which modifications can be easily exerted (Tuttle, 2018).
In this project I undertaken various risk which was inhaled by me during initiation of the
project. These risks are insufficient resources, ineffective communication, poor performance of
individual, miscommunication of understanding passed information, formation of error full team
and many more. One of the prominent problem was availability of less effective team members
due to this identification of risk was a major task as people are not having adequate knowledge.
By acknowledging skills of team members this problem can be eliminated as team members are

back bone for any project. In order to improvise skills of personnel risks are required to be
recognised and required measurements are to be undertaken so as to mitigate the risk and to
avoid any harm prevailing to project.
Conclusion
From the above detailed report this can be concluded that in order to manage a project
effective approaches are required to be used so that proficient control and execution can be
enumerated. For the major purpose to attain high success over project this is necessary that all
the qualitative and quantitative measures are utilised in such a way that objectives can be
attained in timely manner. This is essential for the project that EOP report is prepared without
measuring any significant error so that test over efficacy of the project can be established in easy
manner. On the other hand at the time of evaluating project modifications are required to be
exerted so that improvisation can be rendered to proposed project.
