organizational leaders which illustrates the flow of work. The series of events required in the
commercial process can be understood with the help of the process mapping. Thus, it can be
understood that process mapping can help to improve the overall performance of any
commercial establishment.

Miti Maloo’s Anytime Fitness has numerous issues which will be evaluated in this
report with the help of a process map, RACI chart, a small business case and FMEA. The
prime issues faced in this private organization are rivalry coming from Gold Gym,
management of the equipment suppliers, selection of the prices of the services provided
by the organization, management of the government policies, managing the
infrastructure costs.

The constraints which creates each of this problems can be identified in the first place
with the help of the process map. There are diverse categories of process maps which helps to
evaluate a process in a commercial setting such as the basic flowchart, high level process
map, and detailed process map. The basic flowchart process map regarding the challenges

Maloo’s Anytime Fitness can be monitored with the help of the MIS. New price
selection strategy can also be created using the MIS, at the same time this system can
also help this organization to deal with the increasing infrastructure cost.
Cost of the project: The total cost of enacting an advanced MIS in the business
environment of Miti Maloo’s Anytime Fitness is CAD $50000. The cost of enacting
the system is CAD $30000 and the other CAD $10000 is for the resources who will
be taking a huge role to enact the new system in this business.
Gap analysis: Financial performance of the organization shall be evaluated before
