Creation of a simple Business Design Document
The main business requirements involve the development of a fully functional website.

will be deployed for carrying out the modifications required for a successful website
development. This will also help in the integration of the software development aspects.
The main business process of the website will involve various processes. The first
process is the creation of the user account. This will be necessary for a user to create an account
before accessing the account (Fleischmann et al., 2014). Another business objective involves
creating discussion forums. This will help the customers in posting their ideas and thoughts such
that a better communication will be established and a better brand image will be delivered.
The next business component of the website involves improvement in the functional
analysis of the website. This helps in increasing the search capability of the website which will
be greatly benefitted by the customers. Moreover, the website will also consist of various
calendar and game components (Stark, 2015). The gaming and calendar component would allow
the integration of the operations. The various sections of the whole business process of the
website involve initiation, execution, testing, training and monitoring and closure.
Creation of a simple System design
The development of a website will be done by utilizing the process of programming and
development tools. The systems management operations will help in the formation of an efficient
integration process which will then help in the achieving co-ordination among the systems

development of an effective system.
The system consists of users which are further classified into three types. They are the
internal users, external users and the end users. Similarly, the network infrastructure of the
company is divided into the core access and the distribution layer. The interface of the company
will help in accessing all the required functions smoothly. In addition, the interface will also
allow the website to open in multiple platforms as well. The main functions of the website
include character input, cloud network storage and integrated database.
The database involved will also help in the development of integrated database
alignment. Two 3-layered switches will be used for addressing perimeter distribution.
Additionally, cat6 cables will help in connecting various devices across the building. For
reducing the load on the core network, two fusion routers will be used which will also help in
virtualization of the process (Salo, 2016). Similarly, it also helps in setting up a VPN connection
which is used for allowing remote access to the external users. Lastly, the server access layer
devices are to be connected with the data center devices which will increase the availability of
the information stored in data center servers.
For building a successfully planned system, the hardware requirements include switches,
routers, firewall, server and cables. For addressing the software requirements, the main
components are Microsoft Windows 2012 r2 standard, Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and
Dreamweaver.
