INTRODUCTIONEducation is an institution which impart knowledge, skills, values and beliefs to theindividual which will enhance their thinking capability and develop problem solving skills. Itbuilds confidence and personality of an individual to achieve their goals and heights in life.Education is a key for our economy to evolve creative thinkers and mind which will help meetchallenges in the globalized world (Tarman, 2016). This study highlights how technology has transformed education system in a better wayby developing more creative minds and keeping individuals engaged and exited which help thembuild new and unique ideas. It also highlights the relationship of such technological creativity oneducation system. The study also includes the benefit of implementing modern technology like social mediaplatforms, e-learning, distance learning programs, digital textbooks, flipped learning, virtualreality in classroom, artificial intelligence, gamified learning, videoconferencing technology ineconomy and the barriers to such creativity on education system and measures to overcome suchbarriers.MAIN BODYTechnological creativity or innovation in education fieldEducation means imparting knowledge, values, skills and beliefs which will helpindividual grasp and learn new things and build problem solving skills. Education is a processthrough which individual will develop different perspective and opinion toward various things.Education help individual grow one's thinking capability, confidence and personality. Individualdevelops a sense of positive attitude and set goals to achieve success in life. Technology plays a very important part in structuring and developing education systemby improving teaching and learning capability of economy(Bergek and et.al., 2015). Technologyhelps build creative and innovative thinkers. There is a vast change in technology where range ofeducators like teachers, professors, experts, tutors can upload videos on social media platformslike YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, twitter to impart knowledge on the larger scale all over theworld. The biggest advantage of social media platform is to build a platform where professorsand individuals can connect and communicate with each other effectively and efficiently. 1
In this modern era, implementation of various e-learning website through which educatorcan share various educational videos, pdf and word documents, slideshare with help of thiswebsite. Learning management system or E-learning system has a benefit of sharing variousvideos online where individual can gain knowledge in the most affordable manner and increaseits productivity by using such applications on mobile, tablets and laptops. It has become a majorplatform to impart knowledge on a large geographical range in the most cost and time efficientmanner. The most common online learning apps are Mindflash, WordPress, Skill Pill, Moodle,lynda.com, Udemy, Byju's, Blackboard collaborate mobile, E-learning age. There are largevariety of courses available online where individual can be trained to develop their skills andknowledge in a particular field. E-learning also gives a benefit of online webinars where liveclasses are conducted by educators and communication via chats and messages. This is an era ofmodern learning where individuals and learners can educate themselves in their own time andplace in the most cost efficient manner(Coccia, 2015). Furthermore, improvement in technology has changed the traditional system of educationwhich was more expensive and time consuming. Transformation in education system hasbrought vast change in the economy where individual can opt for distance learning programmes.There are various institutions and universities who offer full time degree through distancelearning programme. This programme helps individual to gain knowledge from the universitiesthrough online study material or videos at their own space and time. Distance learningprogramme is cheap and affordable and can study from anytime and anywhere across the world. Implementation of modern technology in classroom like computer, laptops, smartphones,tablets, social media platforms, software application, internet, flipped learning, electronicwhiteboards, projectors, videoconferencing technologies, 3D printing, virtual field trip facilitateimproved teaching techniques and help students grasp and learn new things effectively.Educators can use such tools for better interaction and understanding of students. Flippedlearning is a modern technology where students can watch learning material from school serversit helps enhance their productivity. Educators also aim at using virtual field trips which facilitatestudents to virtually travel the locations around the world(Johnson and et.al., 2016). Integratingtechnology helps build creativity, skills, knowledge of the individuals and help educator toimpart their knowledge and skills at a larger scale worldwide.2
