Entrepreneurs are regularly keep on an advancedways to innovate methods and ways so that they could gave the ability to gain the corecompetencies. Under the provided research, this has been investigated that the Co A companycan invent so many methods and by applying them, the firm can smoothly run their operations.The Co A needs to focus on the research and development department so that they could inventthe ways for gaining effective strategies. Although, there is a strong recommendations by whichthe cited company needs to adopt effective thinking for inventing the new advanced ways.Inadequate learning and skills can not emerge the new ways for productivity. Skills developmentis one of the best crucial tool which can be developed by the firm in order to improveproductivity.INTRODUCTIONInnovation is the process of creation of new idea and process which helps to increasetheir existing value. Innovation includes the application of information, imagination and theirinitiative which generates new ideas and provides helps in achievement of their targets moreeffectively. For the purpose of generation of creativity and innovation among the employee thereis need to provides them training and create leadership skills among them. This will motivatesthe employees of company to build innovative among skills them to create innovative productsand services (Brown and et. al., 2010). Such training and development programmes provides theopportunity to build effective team and create better communication and coordination among thestaff members. So, such creativity and innovation are important to all organisations doesn'tdepends upon their size, structure and sector. Their main aim is to build creative thinking amongthe employees to build innovative ideas and process which helps to achieve their targetseffectively. Change management is the process change in organisation due to many approachesand support of individual, team and organisation (Trialists, 2012).
