The English legal system is being regulated with various laws and terms that are being
performed by the members and by imposing penalties through various conditions. It is being
made in order to increase and enhance the society in a peaceful manner there are various legal
systems they are as mentioned:
 Statutory and common law: It is mainly the law which used to be framed by the
Parliament and also covers the common law area that is being made by the judges and
also through the rulings that is being given by the precedents it helps out to maintain the
study train relevancy area of the laws and imply suggest rulings and also there for the
decision.
 Civil law and criminal law: It is mainly being classified as a legal system the criminal
law covers out all the criminal and offensive activities that is being punished for the
wrongdoers in order by applying the punishment for all the unlawful activities whereas
the crime civil law covers out the dispute that are being related to the corporation and
also the organisations. They used to have civil remedies as charge.
 Public law and private law: The private law is usually which is being made in the
business practice and also for the education, society that I like employment law, IPR and
law of tort. Whereas public law employees all the important rules that are being made by
the government on the general rules like constitutional law, administration law and many
