Criminal Law Case Study: Possession of Modified Pistol

This case study deals with the defendant who was found possessing a modified pistol and the legal issues surrounding it. The defendant was made liable as he was having a prohibited arm in contradiction to s. 5(1) (aba) of the Firearms Act 1968. The jury convicted him unanimously.
