INTRODUCTION
Criminal laws are those laws that deal with crime taking place within society. Such laws
those code of conduct which mainly prescribes about punishment and penalties in relation to
crime. Things to be covered within the project is research plan and essay.
Research plan
Overview of the topic
Criminal law has been formed in order to deal with those crimes holding responsibility
over disturbing peace and order within society. Such laws provide framework within which
various acts and code is been formed for punishing those individual committing offences like
murder, culpable homicide and sexual assault. Also to organize these laws and seeking their
proper implementation within society judiciary has been given power to look into cases of
criminal nature. Also criminal is diverse in nature as it impacts individual life and controls their
behaviour in order to reduce crime (Sznycer and Patrick, 2020).
