INTRODUCTION
Criminology can be stated as student of crime and related to crime justice that describes
the social response to the crime. Moreover, it can be stated that application of criminology is
essential for criminal justice. The three are integral complements of criminal justice system such
as police officers, investigators and detectives. Thus the criminologist contributes in
understanding the way, how and when the crime has occurred thereby suggest alternative
policies and procedure can be used to respond with them. While, criminal justice systems leads
in enforcing the law, investigating of crime and finding out punishment that need to be criminal
so that they does not repeat the same in near future circumstances. This report has covered essay
pertaining to advantages and disadvantages of involvement of private commercial companies in
delivery of criminal justice services in England and Wales.

Criminal justice system is mainly designed to delivered “ justice for all” in order to
protect ever innocent individuals from crime and having fair process so that law and order is
maintained in the country. So with criminal justice system and private commercial companies
there would be lot of theft, danger and violence in the society that is harmful for health and well
being of individual. Private commercial companies follow a set of normal accepted business
practices and operation in order to achieve specific goals (Kirkwood and Hamad, 2019). Or
contribute in delivering criminal justice services such as law enforcement, court system and
corrective system that need to be followed by each individual so that no harm can be caused to
any individuals in any circumstances. Moreover it has been identified that there are around 103
crime per thousand population in 2020 that is highest crime rates. So private company play
important role in reducing the crime rate so that people can peacefully life and enjoy their
lifestyles with less amount of fear.
The private commercial plays an important role in delivering criminal justice services to
society so that they live peaceful life and can be saved from various crime that are present in
society. These enterprises are continuously working to identify the type of crime present in
society, what are its cause and implication. In another words, it monitor as well as evaluate
number of crimes in society that are impacting on living and well being of individuals.
