INTRODUCTIONMotivation is the most crucial element that is required by an employee to possess thework in superior manner. Organisations are required to have highly motivated workers to meetthe business objectives (Bromiley and Rau, 2016). Thus, it is foremost duty of the managers andhuman resource management team to ensure that the employees of the workforce are motivated.Also, they should implement effective motivational technique sin the work place. The presentanalysis is performed by Guclu and Guney (2017) and is done to evaluate the effect ofmotivational technique s used by the managers to increase the productivity of the work of theemployees. In addition to this, the strengths and weaknesses of the article will be discussed. MAIN BODYThe present article is based on significance of the motivational techniques for increasingthe productivity of the employee. The most relevant thesis statement for the article will be-"Motivational techniques used by managers and their role in boosting the fecundity of theemployees". In addition to this, it has been observed that the article answers the question: "Howcan managers increase the productivity of workers by using motivational techniques?".The present article is proved effective in explaining the different strategies that a managercan use to enhance the motivation of the employees. The study has been conducted by usingprimary sources as research tool. The data has been collected from the employees of a textileindustry. The research has involved total of 229 participants in which 183 were employees andrest were the mangers of the textile sector. It should be recognised that the data is gathered withthe help of a scale and questionnaire. Besides this, information from primary sources is veryeffective as it is based on the practical facts and states the real situations (Goodwin and Graebe,2017). In addition to this, the article contains numerous tests such as Statistical package forsocial science to study the impact of motivational techniques on the employees. In addition tothis, the educational status is considered in determining the differences. This is performed byconducting Kruskal-Wallis test. Thus, from these points the accuracy of the article content can beobserved. However, there are some lacking points in the section. It has only emphasised on thetextile industry and hence, the research can not be used by the managers of other industries inimproving the motivation of workers. It should also involve some common theories that can beapplied by others. Also, researcher should conduct interviews of the managers to attain therequired knowledge.1
