INTRODUCTION
Nursing is defined as a profession which is related with the healthcare sectors in this
there are usually focus on the standard quality of care for the patients’ families and communities.

equal then it creates various complications for the nurses. In this report, the policies and others
implementation in order to eradicate the complications and consequences of bullying are
discussed and analysed. As per this, the proper interventions and policies are followed in order to
retaliate the condition which associated with the bullying of nursing. In this, due to the repetitive
and habitual inactivity of the bullying can cause various factors and also disturb and create the
hindrance in providing the quality of care and some of them nurses are takeaway from their job
and it easily drop the responsibilities such as taking care of individual, families and other aspects
(Parchment and et. al., 2019).

The nursing bullying is a pervasive problem which is initially started from the schools and
continue to have the careers as for this the bullying is a significant approach from any individual
which is unrestricted behaviors and do not follow that done in the professional. Moreover, a
significant percentage of nurses are usually leave their jobs due to the negative behaviors of their
co-workers and from the patient as for this the excessive bullying is going in the field of nurses
and it's usually created the shortage of the nurses because of this additional factor usually
produced in the workforce (Arnetz and et. al., 2019). Popular culture contributes to develop the
negative work conditions and also associated with the poor nurse work. In this, this approach is
usually increasing the risk of the patient and also lower hospital consumer assessment of
healthcare providers in system patient and the score of the satisfaction from the patients become.
