METHODS
Research Approach: It is a plan or a procedure that consist of various steps such that it
is of three types:
Deductive: it is a method which is used to when the conclusion should be accurate and it
is a first method which can be used in a dissertation (Quinlan Cutler, Doherty and
Carmichael, 2018).
Inductive: This method is used when researcher used the data in order to generate some
untested conclusion (Vezzoli and et.al., 2015). This method is used in the report in order
to identify the importance of education and to adopt some specific changes in workplace
(LaVela, Balbale and Hill, 2018).
Adduction: Under this approach, the researcher used to generate the testable conclusion
and generalising the interaction between the specific and general. Generally this is an
incomplete observation that is why not used by the researcher.
Data Collection: It is a process of collecting information from the all necessary sources
in order to find out the solution of a problem. For this project, researcher is used to primary data
in order to conducting interview of 5 teachers and on the other side secondary data is also used
by using Literature review form. It is of two types:
Primary data : It is a method which is used to conduct survey and interview in an open
ended method (Ary and et.al., 2018). This method is cheaper and easy to use and for this
report interview method is used.
Secondary data: It is a method which are already published in books and newspaper and
the researcher are used this data in order to get the exact result of the project.
Data Analysis: It is a method which help to determine the exact result. Such that it is a
process of inspecting and transforming the data with an aim of discovering useful information
and support the decision making. For this report, qualitative data analysis is used and it is of two
types:

2
Document Page
Quantitative data analysis: it is a method which is basically includes the calculation of
frequencies of variable and differences between them. This approach is usually associated
in order to find out the exact result of the evidences and it rejects the hypotheses.
Sampling: It is a simplest method that help to which is used to select the members of a
population which are included in the study (Nardi, 2018). For this report, researcher is taking
random sampling and conducting an interview of 5 teachers in order to analyses the importance
of education in change working place (Vezzoli and et.al., 2015). Simple random method is a
method of choosing some people out of many and then conclude the result and further this
process is also used in this report in an open ended form where interview is taken by randomly
selected 5 teachers and as their answers, researcher concluded the answer.

According to Allan and et.al. (2017) the role of education for preparing the lobar force of
the middle of the 21st century. Education is mostly important and crucial for the students to adopt

gives positive effects at the workplace. According to Barton, (2017), there are different models
of educational change which helps to introduce new challenges and developing goals. Apart from
that, history of US schooling does not offer optimism that purposive changes in policy are either
the driving force of change or can be used in that direction. As per the Hayes (2018) forecasting
change in work requirements is very much essential for expecting in jobs and occupations. It also

economic development. These yielded rates of return on educational investment comparable to

According to Johnson and et.al. (2016) change management is the core activity in
realising workplace goals whilst implementation is the practical or physical process of

goals productive. It gives positive impact on the education departments such as according to Ma
and Schapira, (2017) it helps to grow mentally. New changes helps to get the new development
growth and effective learning performances. It helps to open up mind and helps to think more
clear and innovative. Besides, as per the critically evaluated due to ineffective mental status,
individual cannot grab the changes and new effective process. Besides, due to lack of training
and development sometimes educators itself never conduct a session with students properly. That
is the reason for adopting education changes at workplace to enhance the capabilities of
education departments. Moreover, it helps to get the better results and goals to make the better
approachable results and growth.
Another impact of education change at workplace that it also helped to enhance the brand
change for success. It will be more challenging and developing in a better way. It will hep to
develop highly skilled education and have the right qualification under the belt you have the

children cannot involve into the study. It is the responsibility of the educator to adopt new

interest as well. There are two most effective and learning process goals to make the better legal
forming results suggested by Nilsen, (2015). In order to meet the best resourceful and best
leading goals which is better advancing goals. Change also been given positive impact on the
better management. Overall, impact has been given wide range of development process which
gives better result goals and best output results.
Theme: To identify the challenges while implementing the change.
According to Vähäsantanen (2015) there are various challenges and barriers faced by
educators while implementing the change environment. It has been recognized that all change is
improvement but all involvement and leading process goals level. Besides, there are many
barriers which affect education change at workplace such as fear of the unknown, lack of proper
tools and techniques, lack of professional skills, fear of failure, reluctance to let go, threats to
power base etc. overall, it affects the long lasting knowledge and best productive goals and best
productive action plan. Besides, other barriers are like proper planning, without making step by
step plan it will never given proper changes as per the goals and objectives. Apart from that, it
also helps to sustain the better goal objective and better goals services. While implementing new
change policy educator always needs to make proper plan to implement and then needs to ensure
their productivity outcomes and results. As per the Vezzoli and et.al., (2015) due to lack of
communication with all other team members will invite rumours and fear. It gives negative
impact on the overall process of implementing new change. In order to get over from the change,
