Outline
Education is a process of acquiring knowledge, skills and habits. The frequent changes in
today's world has fallen in demand for a change in methodology of education system (Jansson,
2013). The development and technology goes hand in hand in every sector which is why it is
highly required to stay updated with the latest trends. Hence, it becomes compulsion for the
system as well to update itself in every aspect so to prepare the students for the better future. To
further understand this issue, it is important to understand how complex this educational change
is. The educational change can be determined by few factors, out of which the learning resources
is the most complex field (Van Leeuwen, 2015). Learning resources can be defined as the source
to get information. Thus, with changing trends, many resources have been introduced in the
system like e-textbook, worksheets,CDs, DVDs, Digital resources, etc. Such innovative
approaches are now adapted by the educators to enhance the experience of education. More
technology is introduced to help them learn about new tools in the market. Similarly, involving
various techniques like digital quizz, videos, assessments, simulations and gamifying the content
of their respective course are the few dynamic yet fun ways to help them grasp new things.
Thus, the assignment is going to feature an interview of 4 educators/professionals
regarding their experience with the change in the education process. Additionally, questions will
be asked about their perspective about how the latest changes in the education process has helped
in the student learning and how the changes has helped the whole education system? The
interviewees would be asked about the type of changes they feel has occurred in the current
education learning process and how they feel is it different from the previous education system
(Montag, Maertz Jr and Baer, 2012). We would also include their point of views regarding the
type of resources that are available in the market and how has it ease the learning process. As
we know, every student is different. Each of them have a different way of grasping the same
classroom lectures. Hence, we would like to discuss about how different and innovative learning
means have helped students with different type of enrichment needs.
Though, there are two methodologies of consturcting the questions which are open ended
questions and closed ended questions. Open ended questions are the type of questions which are
answered in detail (Dastmalchian, Blyton and Adamson, 2014). On the other hand, close ended
questions are usually consist of short or one word answers. The interviews is going to be
conducted through an open ended approach which means, their would be detailed reviews about

all the concerns that are existing in the changing education process. Further, there would be an
analysis. Analysis is a very integral part of the report (Fernet and et. al., 2012). It helps in better
understanding and extracting the essence of the whole report. Hence, an analysis would be made
based on the responses of the interviewees and their understanding about the rapid changes in the
education industry.
