Claim: In the past, there was a city called Atlantis which experienced a catastrophe and sunk
beneath the waves.

Introduction:
This report is about the sunk of Atlantis due to the high waves of the sea. It made the entire city
disappeared in the sea. This city is also known as the lost city because a long time ago there was
a civilization existed. The entire city was well developed because of the availability of natural
resources. The entire city was described by a Greek philosopher whose name was Plato. There
are a lot of people who think that the entire city is a myth and there is nothing real about this city.
Some of the people believe the philosophers because there are a lot of evidence found which
support the claim about the sunk of Atlantis. The exact location of this city is not found but it is
being said that this city was situated in the middle of the Atlantic sea (Mambra, 2017).

Nuraghe- a Greek word, some ancient buildings found after a long time.

Step 2: Examine the evidence

According to the claim, Atlantis was a city which has experienced a catastrophic and sunk
beneath the waves. Some of the scientists and researchers found the evidence of the city
according to which it can be believed that the city was real and not a myth. The philosopher
Plato, who introduced this city, has written a book in which all the reason behind this is
explained. According to Plato, this city has faced some crisis caused by god. Some of the people
agree with that point and some do not.

The given evidence prove that the lost city Atlantis was in existence a long time ago. All the
buildings and some of the artifacts proves that the entire civilization was well educated and
intelligent. According to some ancient philosophers, the entire story behind the sunk of Atlantis
city is a myth because the reasons given by Plato seem to be illogical and unbelievable (Mambra,
2017).

All the arguments regarding the claim seem to be true and fact. The main reason to believe the
reality of Atlantis is that all the buildings and artifacts found in the middle of Atlantic ocean are
man-made and the entire architecture of that place are the perfect example of civil engineering.
All the premises seem to be true. There are a lot of images and videos that prove that there was a
city fulfill of all the resources. During the research, there is a lot of human skeletons are found
and some armors are also found which proves that the entire city was under rural army (Ziegler,
2012).

The hypothesis explains all the evidence available regarding the reality of the Atlantis city. All
the aspects have a perfect architecture and some manmade buildings. In some of the places, stairs
are found which defines that the civilization at Atlantis was aware of making rooftops on their
houses.

As there is no clear evidence which clarifies the existence of the Atlantis city, so all the
evidence is still not reliable and believable. All the information is taken from multiple
information resources and found some images like the below. All the images can be related to
some other civilization excluding the Atlantis.
Can evidence not be disregarded?
All the proves cannot be completely disregarded because the philosopher who found their
evidence was a popular philosopher who has a lot of information about the history of Atlantis the

lost city. All the information regarding the Atlantis city cannot be ignored completely due to
their facts and proofs (Mambra, 2017).

Atlantis city has become the mystery for all the researchers on the entire world. During the study,
all the relevant information regarding the reality of the Atlantis city seems to be real and
possible. There is no doubt that there was a life before a long time and a lot of people were there
who used to live using the natural resources. In this report, some of the arguments are
represented which are in support of the claim that the lost city Atlantis was really existed in past.
Some opposite arguments also found according to them the existence of the Atlantis city is just a
myth and a story of a fake philosopher (Ziegler, 2012).

crisis caused by god that cannot believe on a scientific level. This creates some conflict while
supporting the claim that the city of Atlantis was real and experienced a catastrophe and sunk

are some other alternative hypotheses which are against the given claim and proving the entire
claim wrong and myth. According to some philosophers, all these evidence are totally fake. As
per the study, it is understood that the claim cannot be completely wrong because the claim can
be believed logically. Humans are existing form a long time ago and there are a lot of
civilizations which were proved real so the city of Atlantis also can be real. There are a lot of
possibilities that the lost city of Atlantis was in existence and it experienced some natural crisis
and got sank beneath the waves. A proper research is going on and by the time it will be proved
that the claim is perfectly right and there will be no doubt that the lost city of Atlantis was real
and there was a civilization existed.
