This presentation discusses the experience of children going through an acute radiographic examination in the radiology department. As per the view of Padayachy and et. al., (2015), this article
discusses regarding the experience of children going through an
acute radiographic examination because of fracture.
 Thus, for identifying the same interviews have been
conducted with children of the age 3-15 years who faces
problems related to anxiety, pain and distress.

 However, the initial findings has been identified that children
faces pain and distress in conjunction and thus they need to be
given proper care and support while undergoing
periradiographic process.
 Stated that verbal interaction between child and radiographer
need to communicate so that they can understand each other.
Children were observed and thus surgeons identified their pain
and distress.

 Stated that teacher enter into the hospital when they get any
physical injury and they face pain, distress and anxiety.
 However, argued that any child who is visiting may imply
different types of feeling due to different factors such as
environment and thus it might affect their health conditions.

 Therefore, children who are found fracture usually needs to
undergo radiographic examination. Thus, it faces problems
for children when there were being examined within
radiology department.
 However, it is essential for them to get examined in order to
identify the fracture and proper treatment could be given so
that pain and distress could be overcome.

 There are various children who are facing issues related to
their health and thus acute condition due to injury in
children. They need to be examined properly so that proper
health care facilities could be provided in order to overcome
their issues faced by them.

 As per the opinion of there are various rights of children that
need to be undertaken in relation to that the care provided to
patients should be of good quality and thus it is essential for
them to meet their needs.
 However, the patients are required to obtain proper
information so that they can involve the same within health
care procedure.

 Furthermore, as per the view of children's health and well
being needs to be carried out in terms of assessing different
experiences and understandings.
 There are different ways through which communication
could be made easier and thus it is essential for them to
adopt varied ways in regard to focus upon providing
opportunity to participate in research focusing on their own
experiences of those issues.

 Explained that children's are not small adults but growing
human beings who are under development that needs to be
implied and going through different developmental stages.
 However, argued that as per the theory of Piaget's cognitive
development it helps in assessing that understand of child's
cognitive and emotional development across the childhood
period.

 As per the view of health care professionals are required to
to approach children of different ages and developmental
stages which are required to carry out perspective in which
health care professionals are sensitive and attentive in regard
to understand children in general and individual child's
preference so that they could be encouraged within health
care situation.
