This presentation critically evaluates the governmental policies meant for housing affordability in Australia, focusing on the impact of these policies on the people. It examines the housing affordability ratio among the people of Australia and analyzes how government policies have affected housing affordability. The research uses secondary quantitative methods and data collected from the 'Australia Social ATLAS'. The strengths of the research include considering the entire population of Australia and using authentic data, while limitations include the absence of primary research and the possibility of bias in the collected data.
