1CRITICAL PERSONAL REFLECTION Question 1: Flexible personality: I feel that I have very flexible kind of personality. For example, one day Iobservedmy father sitting on a sofa quietly and for a little longer time than usual. It’s not that I have never seen my father sitting like this before, but this time I could sense that there is something definitely wrong with him. I went to himenquireabout the matter. However, he didn’t reveal the matter to me buttuned the matter by tellingme that I am a girl with strong sense of prediction and gave me a faint smile. On the other hand, my school friendsappriseme as their problem solver who is able to handle any situation with ease and take the situation under her control. My teachers wherein markme as the serious minded person who is always ready to take challenge and complete the task with determination. To my family members I am a person with good balancing power of emotion and strength which makes me a sensible person, whereas, my community members refer to me as the confident and strong girl. In regard to this, I strongly feel about myself that I possess a flexible personality who is capable of adapting in any situation. In fact, I feel proud of my flexible personality because it allows me to be aharmoniouscombination of various natures such as compassions, reliability, sensible and at the same time emotional.
2CRITICAL PERSONAL REFLECTION Question 2: Importance to me: There are various factors that determine the livelihood of people. Similarly, for me there works diverse kind of variables and constant factors which is able to influence my life at any time. Among all the determinates the family is most important to me because I strongly feel that without my family I am an incompleteand fragmentedperson. In addition, I feel that my family to great extent has contributed to build up my identity in the society. I personally feel that the family is the primary teacher of a persona and the person at the initial stage of his life starts to learn things from the family first and then from theconventionalinstitutions. Considering the fact of giving importance to the family, I would like add one more constituentsthat I consider being important to me. I affirm that money is perceived as the most principal and salientthing in life by most of the people, and I also give importance to money in terms of leading a good,comfortableand easy life. However, I personally feel that money cannot always solve all the problem, but is capable of reducing the severity of the problem. To me, money is important to me because it helps me leading a good and life and makes me capable of providing happiness and comfort to my family.Consequently, my family and money is the most important thing to me as I feel these two together influence my life to a certain extent. Question 4: Activities and its Importance: There are various activities that I have pursues in different stages of my life. Some of the pursuitsmade me accomplished achievement. One of the best examples of my appreciation is based on my leadershipcompetency. On a project of my university I was chosen as the leader of
3CRITICAL PERSONAL REFLECTION the team of 10 people. We succeeded in the project and our teachersinflatedmy leadership skills. I was said that I could good leader in future who has inclusivity and good motivational and decision making competencies. On the other hand, I feel that my accountability is one of the responsibilities that have made me achieve appreciation in my professional life. In the initial stage of my career as the customer relationship executive I have reflected my sense of accountability to the customers as well as the management which made me promoted to upper level in my profession. As per the example I have mentioned, I feel that the activity of leading a group project is mostsignificanttome as it has enhanced my leadership capabilities to a great extent. I played the role of the leader of the project that has helped to develop my internal skills and understand the importance of the leadership skills in order to achieve the desired goals. On the other hand, the as thecustomerrelationshipexecutivemyrolewastoestablishastrongandeffective communication with the customer so that they are able toproposetheir problems. My job role required me to be accountable for my responsibilities to solve the problems of the customers. Thispursuitof performing as the problem solver and the moderator in my profession seemsvital to me because it has not only enhanced my sense of responsibilities but alsotransformed into a better and honest person. Question 5: Additional Information: I want to take admission in UBC in People and Society because not only I feel that the University provides best education on the certain subject but also I feel a strong connection with the various people.
