INTRODUCTION
Critical reflection is the process of questioning, identification, assumptions and
assessment of the self traits. It also helps in identification of beliefs, attitudes, values and
knowledge which assist individual in improvement. It helps an individual in achievement of their
goals and abilities which are essential (Wilkin, 2021). This report will include reflect and impact
of learning which helps in development of knowledge. Theories, ideas and issues are identifies
so that it can develop better learning. It included about Churchill and its usefulness. It also
includes discussion of shifts in learning about teaching and learners
which have occurred in this program.

An educator plays vital role in providing education to the learners. The learners are able to
enhance their skills and knowledge with the help of training and guidance provided by the
educator. It is seen at all the educators have their own believes that are according to the
requirements of the Learner. A learner is a student and there is need of providing support and
guidance to them for their overall development. The educator always understands the nature of
learner and their learning preferences. By interacting with the learner in the classroom the
educator is always able to know about the problems their facing if they are not able to
communicate the same (Sánchez-Hernández and et.al., 2018). Educator tries to build positive
environment so that all the requirements of students are fulfilled in effective manner. It is seen
that there is need of observing the learner in order to learn from the same. The educator changes
the pattern of teaching as per the requirement of learners. In primary school the students are
small enough and all of them have their own theme of learning. It is necessary to observe them
and provide the training accordingly.
The belief of educator is always to engage the student in the classroom and enhance their
learning experience. All the educators work as per their ethical values so that the students are
also able to learn from them and follow the same. Professional educator always focuses on the

student’s overall development that they will show to the society. Some of the values that are seen
in educator are mentioned below:
Dignity: They always respect the students and teach them to respect all the persons they
meet. An educator never makes discrimination on any basis and treats every student equal no
matter what the gender, appearance, age, religion, social standing, opinion and abilities of the
student are. This help the students to learn and follow in their life as well.
Truthfulness: It is another core value of an educator. The students are always given the
lessons of honesty and mutual respect so that they are able to learn the same (Béres and Fook,
eds., 2019). The educator always speaks truth and tell the lessons and benefits of honesty to the
students in their class. The students learn from the same and trust each other and believe honesty
is the best policy to work together and achieve success.
Fairness: It is important to follow fairness and educator must not discriminate among the
students. The ability of the students must be just in fair manner and there must be equality in the
classroom (Liu, 2020). And educator must never use favouritism in the classroom so that all the
students are treated equally.
Responsibility and freedom: The educator always follow their own responsibility and
follow the same for overall development of the learners. The responsibility is to treat all the
learners equally and focus on all of them. It helps to enhance the working practices of the
learners and they are able to achieve a successful position.
It is important for an educator to always follow the beliefs and values in order to help the
learners. They must have overall understanding regarding the subject so that all the learners are
able to learn effectively.

There is need of communicating and learning collaborate. This assist the students to enhance
their skills by helping each other. The important theme is to observe the primary school students

needs to focus on their studies without indulging into any distraction. This will help them
