INTRODUCTION
Critical reflection is the process of questioning, identification, assumptions and
assessment of the self traits. It also helps in identification of beliefs, attitudes, values and
knowledge which assist individual in improvement. It helps an individual in achievement of their
goals and abilities which are essential (Wilkin, 2021). This report will include reflect and impact
of learning which helps in development of knowledge. Theories, ideas and issues are identifies
so that it can develop better learning. It included about Churchill and its usefulness. It also
includes discussion of shifts in learning about teaching and learners
which have occurred in this program.

An educator plays vital role in providing education to the learners. The learners are able to
enhance their skills and knowledge with the help of training and guidance provided by the
educator. It is seen at all the educators have their own believes that are according to the
requirements of the Learner. A learner is a student and there is need of providing support and
guidance to them for their overall development. The educator always understands the nature of
learner and their learning preferences. By interacting with the learner in the classroom the
educator is always able to know about the problems their facing if they are not able to
communicate the same (Sánchez-Hernández and et.al., 2018). Educator tries to build positive
environment so that all the requirements of students are fulfilled in effective manner. It is seen
that there is need of observing the learner in order to learn from the same. The educator changes
the pattern of teaching as per the requirement of learners. In primary school the students are
small enough and all of them have their own theme of learning. It is necessary to observe them
and provide the training accordingly.
The belief of educator is always to engage the student in the classroom and enhance their
learning experience. All the educators work as per their ethical values so that the students are
also able to learn from them and follow the same. Professional educator always focuses on the

student’s overall development that they will show to the society. Some of the values that are seen
in educator are mentioned below:
Dignity: They always respect the students and teach them to respect all the persons they
meet. An educator never makes discrimination on any basis and treats every student equal no
matter what the gender, appearance, age, religion, social standing, opinion and abilities of the
student are. This help the students to learn and follow in their life as well.
Truthfulness: It is another core value of an educator. The students are always given the
lessons of honesty and mutual respect so that they are able to learn the same (Béres and Fook,
eds., 2019). The educator always speaks truth and tell the lessons and benefits of honesty to the
students in their class. The students learn from the same and trust each other and believe honesty
is the best policy to work together and achieve success.
Fairness: It is important to follow fairness and educator must not discriminate among the
students. The ability of the students must be just in fair manner and there must be equality in the
classroom (Liu, 2020). And educator must never use favouritism in the classroom so that all the
students are treated equally.
Responsibility and freedom: The educator always follow their own responsibility and
follow the same for overall development of the learners. The responsibility is to treat all the
learners equally and focus on all of them. It helps to enhance the working practices of the
learners and they are able to achieve a successful position.
It is important for an educator to always follow the beliefs and values in order to help the
learners. They must have overall understanding regarding the subject so that all the learners are
able to learn effectively.

It is seen that all the learners are different from one another and their learning pattern is
different. It is important to involve all the learners in the class room and engage them in the
central idea of teaching. It is important to follow different themes and examples that help to
enhance the experience of all the learners. The students who is good at numeracy has different
approach to learning then the one who is good at teaching. There is need of following the aspects
that will enhance the learning areas (Redmond and et.al., 2022). Specific needs of the students
vary from literacy to numeracy. There is need of different approach to learning all the subjects.

There is need of communicating and learning collaborate. This assist the students to enhance
their skills by helping each other. The important theme is to observe the primary school students
and the way they are able to learn. I have observed that whenever the children are given games
and entertaining activities they are able to learn better. Also when they are surrounded by their
friends their level of engagement in the activity is more. The learning needs of all the students
are different and there is need of their well being so that they learn better. It is necessary to
provide best working environment to the learners so that they can learn and developed their skills
and knowledge.
There is requirement of learning with collaboration so that there is development of all. There
are certain issues that take place at the time of learning. By following the approach of
collaboration the problems of the learners are solved. It is observed that there is key role of
managing time and learning activity so that there is effective development of the learners. This
helps the learners to manage time and learn from each and every lecture they are being given.
The use of right resources helps in development of the students and they are able to grow.
Collaborative learning with time management fosters the creativity level of the students and their
able to learn effectively (Nicolaides and Poell, 2020). There is need of enhancing the critical
thinking skills of the students thought at they are able to perform effectively in examination. This
helps them to react effectively in different situations positively.
It is analysed that authentic learning opportunity must also be provided to the students so
that all the goals and objectives can be achieved. There is need of managing the work in such a
manner that all the students are able to get success in their own field of interest. It is necessary
activity that assist to develop the learners. All the approaches that are followed by learner are for
their development and success. This will make them successful and satisfy their learning needs.

research under academic education. It is analysed that this book helps in stating the various
methods of learning and reading which make an individual more knowledgeable. It includes
various benefits and ideas which one can inherit easily without any difficulties (Boer, Hanke and
He, 2018). It involves various research so that one can analyse the facts of their receptive field. It
enhance various skills and capabilities which help in achievement of personal, professional and
academic goals. In order to establish the career in right direction is is important to learn various

aspects which assist in fulfilment of requirements. The book taught about various areas which a
student and teacher need to learn. It helped in enhancement of confidence level which enables
person to solve various critical situations. It is observed that Various universities and teachers
refer to this book in order to transfer knowledge to their respective students. It helped them in
covering various department of studies so that student can achieve their predefined goals. All the
academic skills like writing, report writing, preparation of speech and preparation of
presentations can be improved by following the guidelines which are mentioned in the book.
Teachers are able to convey correct and right message to their students with the assistance of the
articles which are already published. It improve the knowledge power along with point of view
of an individual so that they can understand the situation in better manner. It is analysed that

any procedure fast and simple. It is important to select best alternatives according to the situation
because it help students in learning more things. Teachers help students in selecting the best and
appropriate decision so that they can carry forward their learning in effective manner.
Time management skills: During, learning, students have to learn various subjects
which are compulsory for the fulfilment of criteria. This skill helps in performing various task
and activities in short period of time (Lo, 2019). Different subjects are learned in short period of
time make students more effective and efficient. It is important to manage the time by students
because they have various activities to perform in single day including assignment, projects,
lectures and other personal activities.
Critical thinking skills: In order to solve problems and take decisions, individual need to
think effectively about the situation so that they can complete their task properly. Teachers
should implement various activities and assignments in their teachings so that they can enhance
the thinking capacity of their students. In order to complete complex task and projects it is

faced while teaching the individuals.
 When I was in the classroom and teaching students I faced various difficulties to make
the student understand about various topics (Kmieciak, 2020). Effective
communication is the key skill in which I am lacking. This is the most important skill
which I want to improve in the future.
 The second factor which is important for me is maintaining the discipline in the
classroom. Most of the students does not behave properly in the classroom which is the
biggest problem while teaching in the classroom. I need to thoroughly improved the
discipline criteria in my lectures.
 As a teacher I needs to enhance my knowledge in order to successfully help the
students to overcome different challenges which arises in the future. On the other hand,
it could also have helped them to capitalise to various career oriented opportunities in
an effective manner.

It is process which is based on the learning. The teachers can help the students to
understand various things with the help of technology (Tretter and Heyman, 2022). With the new

learning in which they can achieve an efficient growth in the future.

to make the students achieve an overall growth and help them understand about new
topics. This could enhance their knowledge and help them to grow various skills for the
future. These skill will also benefit the organisation to manage the working operations
systematically. This will enhance the creativity of the students and help them to acheive
an overall growth.
 Donate – Learning is a process which uses the outside focus. There are various aspects
on which the teacher has top capitalise to enhance the knowledge of the students. The
creativity of the students could possibly help them to learn various new things in their
education. The teachers play a role to just enhance their knowledge by giving the right

group. They can present their point of view to achieve an overall growth in the future.
Challenges faced by learner
There are three challenges which is faced by the learner which are mentioned below:
 Engagement in the classroom – This is one of the most crucial challenge which is faced
by the learner. Most of the students does not concentrate on their academic criteria. There
are various aspects which is influencing them (Béres and Fook, eds., 2019). The students
needs to focus on their studies without indulging into any distraction. This will help them
to understand about various new topics in an effective manner.
 Adaptability struggle – Most of the students does not adapt with the classroom
behaviour. There are various things which needs to be addressed properly in order to
maintain focus on the learning. The teachers can help the students to become comfortable

in the new environment. This will help them to enhance their knowledge in a systematic
manner. The students can capitalise on various carter oriented opportunities in the
upcoming future. The main focus is to make the students comfortable in the classroom.
Challenges faced by the teachers
 Creating a healthy learning environment – For the students the teacher has the utmost
responsibility of providing the students best learning experience in the classroom. The
teacher needs to maintain a disciplined behaviour in which all the students follow the
values which is set by the teacher (Matriano and et.al., 2021). There is various order
which can passed by the teacher and the learner can enhance their knowledge in the
future. The main idea behind that is to make the students more responsible towards their
carrier. There are various new opportunities on which they can capitalise in an effective
manner.
 Encouraging them in challenging situations – The teachers might face challenges to
make the students overcome different challenges which arises in the workplace. The
teacher needs to maintain a potestative behaviour with the students. Through this the
teacher can motivate the students and help them to achieve an efficient growth for the
future. Encouraging the students will help them to achieve an efficient growth in the
future.

From the above report, it has concluded that learning and teaching includes various
possible factors which may affect the experience of both the individuals. The teachers needs to
pass the knowledge properly to the students to enhance their knowledge. On the other hand, in
