INTRODUCTIONCritical reflections define the person’s most memorable incident in life which individualnot trying to forget in life and those critical incident inspired people most in life. In this reportdefines the incident of life and use brook-filed theory which defines teacher ability andresponsibilities towards their students. And also include the critical incident impact on person’sprofessional development life (Brookfield, 2015).STEP 1IncidentOne day, I was going to attend annual function of my cousin schools, I see the schoolteacher well dressed and very politely handled every thing and also attend guest. That moment Ionly see the teachers are handle every responsibilities (Ruch et.al ., 2015). I see how theymanage all the activities in school. After the end of functions I was going to my home and Inever stop thinking about the teachers because they organize very good functions. That incidentsinfluence me to how responsible quality have a teachers and very politely they handled all thesituations. After few days I was again going to school for attend parents meetings of my cousinschool, when I see all the teachers tell their parents to about their children problems and alsoappreciate archiving full marks. When I see one school student slip from the stair and theirteacher very polity talk with them and care them. That incident touch my heart they areresponsible with caring as well, that was incident influence me as teacher many responsibilitieshave they attend in school or caring students and teach student. To meet with teacher I noticehow to talk with me and how my cousin weak in which subject what subject explain my cousinlearn most. I notice teacher are ensured all their students learning ability and their weakness.They also handled all other activities in school (Brunstein, and et.al., 2017). Those all incidentinfluence me to being teacher position in school every responsible and honest job, how theymake future of their student that was big ability in them.
