With the support of the reflection, I can analyse my own skills so that I can evaluate different

I want to be a manager in a large company such as, Tesco or Sains’s bury and to accomplish that
I required to adapt different skills so that I can be able to provide my efforts to the organisational
growth and success. It can also support me in enhancing my career in both professional and
personal way in which my development chances can be uplifted in a proper way. At the time of
my part time job, I have understood that the organisation prefers to follow strict rules and norms
in accordance of the working of their functions at the place so that It cannot create any problem
or inconvenience to the consumers. During the time of implementing my roles I was able to
enhance my communicational skills that assisted me in giving my roles and stimulations in the
site of the organisation in an effective way. A manager of a store needed to have a bigger leading
power so that consumer power of decision making can be enhanced in such a way that the it can
increase the sales revenue of the company. The manager has adopted the leadership style which
is participative style so that every member of the team can be included in the process of decision
making and to evaluate optimistic decisions for later. It would be very supportive in evaluating
safe and healthy cultural way to create happier working place which can be given to the staff.

more supportive to me in managing different types of risk affiliated to the company and that can

reflection, I am able to know my place of betterment which I can perform in such a way that help
me in getting my desired job in future. While at job at shop I have evaluated that there were
various activities which are unethical and was operating in the company like use of bag which
are made of plastic and in order to overcome the situation like this various CSR activities are
needed to be performed in the organisation for the longer sustainability. These things are going
to help me in enhancing long term my career growth.
I have collected various knowledge that are linked with the way in which operations are
being organised in the areas of the business. In this way overall objectives and task can be
accomplished and I can get aid in development of my professional and personal career objectives
as well. There are specific skill in which I need to work on to improve them like I need to collect
knowledge regarding the using applications in the computer so that I can perform more
effectively and efficiently in the organisation and I also need to improve my skills in regard to
