INTRODUCTION
Vocational individuality is characterized as accretion of diverse facets such as mental
attitude, cognition, capacity and ability of individual which should be in possession of an
individual. It could be said that vocational individuality is paramount for a professional and
assists a person in developing their views and outlook in a way which is conducive with
alignment to goals of the organisation. This particular report is based on research related to
attributes of vocational individuality in which evolution can take place in context to a
contemplative practitioner.(Bennett-Levy,2019) A contemplative practitioner is said to be person
who possess the cognitive capability to conduct analysis of the process of work so that necessary
modification can take place in order for evolution to occur. The focal point of this report is give
contemplative mindset in a vocational setting so that an individual can evolve their line of work
as 'Reflexive Practitioner'

The focal point of the research is to evolve the comprehension of attributes pertaining to
awareness of self and consequent reflection of self. Vocational individuality or identity is the
chief attribute needed for modern place of work which is essential in order to evolve their line of
work. This particular report will focus its research in evolving comprehension of perks of
reflexive consciousness which can be put to work by a person in order to succeed in their career.
The discourse of this report is to guarantee that a person posses a cognitive element
pertaining to abilities which are needed in order to perform roles in their forthcoming jobs in an
efficient manner. It further charts the path for Human resource professionals for developing the
decision taking and consequent execution in a outstanding manner.
Vocational identity is one of the detectable worth in which occupation formation can be
successful in conjunction an individual may conduct an analysis of the gaps which need to be
filled with the assistance of outlook,belief, value system and happenings vocational identity is

observation on the data series for framing a general decision. Stages to analysing the data are

fruitful in processing the the topic.

For instance on every turn we make analysis of a situation by drawing parallels from past
experiences so that proper determinations can be made. It involves recollection of past

It is of supreme importance to delve deeper into a topic in detail with variety of methodologies
for conducting research and and various ways of getting the information from proper channels

assists the researcher in deducting the appropriate implications which emanate from the matter of
research and can aid in evolving those existing theories into something which is applicable to the
modern way of working. There exists variety of methods for research which could be auto-
ethnographic practice, reflexive dialogue based research, research based on action and so forth.
Which provide the person conducting the research the cognition to evaluate by themselves their
abilities and investigation and modify the foundation of their knowledge which after analysis
could aid in establishing effective transformation in personal as well as vocational regards. It
would ne of assistance to the individual in transforming the modern abilities which are demanded

Auto-ethnographic way is related to conducting research in a way which is based on
quality in which the person conducting the research uses their own deductions technique and
ability to write for analysis of the experience of self compared to experience of others. Whereas
reflexive dialogue based analysis is a concept which combines the text with practical experience
by way of reflecting upon a particular circumstance to get the better of that circumstance with
widely accepted model based on ethics. Another concept of research is known as Action based
research where the person conducting the research evaluates the outcome of a particular question
so that best one can be attained among the outcomes evaluated. In this sort of research auto
ethnographic mode of conducting research will be adopted to make sure that the self evaluation
by the researcher which aids the individual in evolution of abilities and accomplishing personal
and organizational goals.

The reflection cycle concept given by Gibbs can prove to be of assistance for a researcher
in accomplishing self teaching and individual and organizational improvement by implication of
concept into practice. (Ellingson, and Sotirin, 2020)This particular concept can be taken by the
researcher to make sure that he makes all the knowledge in possession by way of personal
happenings and amalgamate them with the concepts learned by this person through various
modes. There are a variety of phases contained within this concept which are describing ,

learning by various occurrences and perform them in practice in future. This can also assist
development of modern abilities such as those which are technology based and which are
interaction based in order to improve an individual.(Pryce, 2019)
It is pertinent for the individual conducting the researcher to obtain data from variety of
sources to substantiate their claims and bring out their respective ability to conduct such research
based work. The different modes of obtaining data by the person conducting the research could
be personally obtained through diagnosis , could be in form of imaginative personal data.

aspects of the person could also be evaluated and evolved. In the question based approach the
person who conducts the research uses a list of different questions to seek answer about the
comprehending ability and in the test for personality profiling could be of assistance in gaining
insights about the personality of the person with respect to the organizational role which is

and amplifying their abilities. Its the process by which contemplation of self may take shape and

improving their worse aspects. With the contemplation of the self I can address my abilities so as
to better comprehend the gravity of situations and drawing parallels with past experiences. While
working on a part time basis I have learnt that there exists a variety of ways which are
implemented by the enterprises for ensuring smooth functioning of their operations and
generating more revenue. I have goals to become a director in a highly esteemed company such

as Edelweiss for which variety of abilities are needed to be taken up by me in order to attain
goals of the enterprise. This aided me in evolving my career in a individual and professional
capacity due to which prospects of future opportunity to grow can be realized.
While working for the enterprises on a part time basis I have conducted analysis of rules
which must necessarily be followed for ensuring that the functions of the company are run in a
smooth fashion and the clients are not displeased with the performance. When I performed the
portfolio I was given I evolved my abilities with regards to communication which have further
strengthened my resolve to performs my duties in a manner which can be considered to be
efficient. The position of director demands a person to be influential in his decisions so that
revenue can be increased. The director in my company uses a style of leadership in which people
can be involved to develop spirits of team members to be able to take any decision in future with
confidence. This is specially advantageous in developing a culture of work which is not gloomy.
Other than that I have learnt that clients of company need to be handled in very specific ways so
that business could be obtained from them.
Hence I have obtained various lessons while working as assistant director which have
given me hopes for getting the job of director.
During my time with the company I have gained abilities which are needed out of a
director to increase revenue and assure effective leadership further I have attained knowledge
which have helped me in gaining better grades in academics. These include but are not limited
to skills associated with conducting research, deductive skills, and coming up with effective
solutions to obstacles and so forth. I shall make use of them in best way possible to gain an edge
over other people applying for the job. With the aid of this self analysis I can locate the areas in
which I lack and can improve upon to be able to better suited for the post of director in future.
While working at the company I have been made aware of variety of pattern which were
in practice in the enterprise from which I can develop my career in the future. There are abilities
in which I severely lack and which can be improved upon such as that without gaining complete
knowledge of supply chain practice so that efficiency can be achieved with just in time method
of operation. Also the financial aspects of the business need to delved into to gain insights which
can further develop my abilities to act as a director of the company.

While working for the company variety of occurrence took shape which pertained to
conflict between employees which I have realised occur because employees do not get enough
time to meet their obligations to the family which makes them jittery at work and perform in a
way that is not conducive to the positive work culture. Which needs to be handled by the director
by making provisions for getting leaves easier which in turn will make the work culture efficient
thereby minimising any conflict and improving upon efficiency of the employees. Further
employees needed to be consulted with regards to working conditions and what could be done to
recharge their spirits and minimise the possibility of any conflict. With the aid of these meeting I
have gathered that employees needed certain 5 minutes breaks every two hours to recharge their
spirits participation in decision making also made them feel more valued and helped in the
attrition rate since the workers thought this was the best company to work with because of
process of decision making being collaborative, further it improved the efficiency of employees
just to know that they could get more holidays in order to meet the requirement of the family
thus their productivity was increased despite the provision regarding extra leaves being
implemented since the spirits of the workers were lifted they started to be in positive can do
attitude while at work. So I have assessed that the director is responsible for revenue growth and
how to get the best out of employees in a manner which is conducive and does not prove
detrimental to their mentality and outlook toward their work.
I have gauged that it is pertinent to inculcate patience in order to receive solutions which
are multifaceted and can lead to enhancement of operations related to business activity and by
extension mean more revenues and greater satiation of employees with regards to their work.
Usage of leadership styles which are conducive to growth and which can solve
multifaceted problems is essential to maintaining healthy work culture in the company a situation
in which the employees personal and professional goals and the goals of enterprise can both can
be met without causing prejudice to one another is ideal situation for enhancement of
productivity. While working at this company I have gained plethora of knowledge which can be
used in the future when I climb the corporate ladder to become director in the company. Further
this job has given me relevant exposure to situations which can be conducive to future growth of
my career as well as the productivity of the company that I work with.

As mentioned before I want to become director of the company that I currently work at or
director of any multinational enterprise so the exposure I have currently received would be of
momentous help to making my career fulfilling. I have critically conducted analysis of
multifaceted challenges and come up with effective and long lasting solutions and with
assistance of personal evolution programme I can obtain a variety of abilities in a shorter time
frame so that I can also focus on my personal objectives in an efficient way. I need to evolve my
abilities in a way which maximises efficiency and help me in coming up with innovative
solutions to problems in future.
CONCLUSION
In the preceding report summation could be made that in order to evolve personally and
professionally reflection of self is held to be indispensable method which can assist in judging
the gaps which need to filled and how they can be effectively improved upon. It assumes
paramount importance with respect to developing one's professional career and those abilities
