INTRODUCTION
Vocational individuality is characterized as accretion of diverse facets such as mental
attitude, cognition, capacity and ability of individual which should be in possession of an
individual. It could be said that vocational individuality is paramount for a professional and
assists a person in developing their views and outlook in a way which is conducive with
alignment to goals of the organisation. This particular report is based on research related to
attributes of vocational individuality in which evolution can take place in context to a
contemplative practitioner.(Bennett-Levy,2019) A contemplative practitioner is said to be person
who possess the cognitive capability to conduct analysis of the process of work so that necessary
modification can take place in order for evolution to occur. The focal point of this report is give
contemplative mindset in a vocational setting so that an individual can evolve their line of work
as 'Reflexive Practitioner'

The focal point of the research is to evolve the comprehension of attributes pertaining to
awareness of self and consequent reflection of self. Vocational individuality or identity is the
chief attribute needed for modern place of work which is essential in order to evolve their line of
work. This particular report will focus its research in evolving comprehension of perks of
reflexive consciousness which can be put to work by a person in order to succeed in their career.
The discourse of this report is to guarantee that a person posses a cognitive element
pertaining to abilities which are needed in order to perform roles in their forthcoming jobs in an
efficient manner. It further charts the path for Human resource professionals for developing the

conflict between employees which I have realised occur because employees do not get enough
time to meet their obligations to the family which makes them jittery at work and perform in a
way that is not conducive to the positive work culture. Which needs to be handled by the director
by making provisions for getting leaves easier which in turn will make the work culture efficient
thereby minimising any conflict and improving upon efficiency of the employees. Further
employees needed to be consulted with regards to working conditions and what could be done to
recharge their spirits and minimise the possibility of any conflict. With the aid of these meeting I
have gathered that employees needed certain 5 minutes breaks every two hours to recharge their
spirits participation in decision making also made them feel more valued and helped in the
attrition rate since the workers thought this was the best company to work with because of
process of decision making being collaborative, further it improved the efficiency of employees
just to know that they could get more holidays in order to meet the requirement of the family
thus their productivity was increased despite the provision regarding extra leaves being
implemented since the spirits of the workers were lifted they started to be in positive can do
attitude while at work. So I have assessed that the director is responsible for revenue growth and
how to get the best out of employees in a manner which is conducive and does not prove
detrimental to their mentality and outlook toward their work.
I have gauged that it is pertinent to inculcate patience in order to receive solutions which
are multifaceted and can lead to enhancement of operations related to business activity and by
extension mean more revenues and greater satiation of employees with regards to their work.
Usage of leadership styles which are conducive to growth and which can solve
multifaceted problems is essential to maintaining healthy work culture in the company a situation
in which the employees personal and professional goals and the goals of enterprise can both can
be met without causing prejudice to one another is ideal situation for enhancement of
productivity. While working at this company I have gained plethora of knowledge which can be
used in the future when I climb the corporate ladder to become director in the company. Further
this job has given me relevant exposure to situations which can be conducive to future growth of
my career as well as the productivity of the company that I work with.

director of any multinational enterprise so the exposure I have currently received would be of
momentous help to making my career fulfilling. I have critically conducted analysis of

frame so that I can also focus on my personal objectives in an efficient way. I need to evolve my
