MGMT20135Introduction The paper will focus on the concepts derived throughout the learnings within several weeks. Itwill also focus on the formation of the critical thinking skills by following the set of tools andvarious framework. Moreover, Disc profile tool is considered as vital in order to analyse thedifferent types of behavioral style of the people. The use of this tool has been reflectedthroughout this paper as to formulate the decision considering the behavioral styles. Johariwindow is another tool that helps in evaluating the information that what others know about meand what I know about me. Main context The evaluation of the critical thinking processes is considered as to be vital in the developmentof the effective decision-making process. It I important for any of the firm to recruit potentialmanagers in order to enhance the decision-making processes with the help of their criticalthinking skills to a great extent. As per Kallet, the purposeful thoughts in order to enhance ownthoughts beyond the automatic way of thinking is the adoption of the framework as well as theset of tools. It is important for each of the people to analyses the situations with the appropriateuse of the set of tools (Cottrell, 2017). The primary objective of the critical thinking is to analyzethe different situations and make better decisions in order to boost the overall performance of theemployee along with the concerned organization. Few of the benefits associated with theevaluation of critical thinking are that it provides the clear understanding of the issues of theconcerned situations. As per (Davis, 2017) it helps in providing faster a well as accurateconclusions which helps in improving the quality decisions regarding the execution of theconcerned business procedures. On the other hand, it also provides a richer variety of theexplanations along with the solutions that evaluate the recognition of the various opportunitiespresent throughout the concerned business market segments (Fuller & Moore, 2017).Furthermore, the development of the critical thing process helps in avoiding the mistakes andfacilitates the generation of the effective strategies in order to bring positive outcomes for theconcerned organization. Moreover, the learnings critically provided the differences between the automatic and the criticalthinking process. I have encountered that in the automatic thinking process, there are weakerfoundations for the decisions whereas in case of critical thinking there is the stronger foundation1 | Page

The time provided is less in the automatic process where the time provided issufficient in the development of critical thinking which helps in evaluating the effectiveness ofthe entire decision made. One of the vital aspects is the analysis of the critical thinkingframework which evaluates four of the crucial section such as clarity, conclusions, innovation,and decisions (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). The development of the self-awareness is also found tobe vital in the execution of the decision-making process as it helps in analyzing the situations andcarefully structuring the decisions that are going to be taken. One of the other concepts isknowing own leadership skills as this helps in evaluating owns attitudes, opinions, feelings,strengths, desires and accurate self-assessment. Fewer key areas of the self-awareness arepersonality traits, personal values, habits, emotions as well as psychological needs that facilitatethe growth of the firm by formulating perfect decision-making process (McPeck, 2016). Theuse of the Johari window s the technique that was created in the year 1955 which is effectivelyused for understanding people regarding their relationships with self and others. There are fourcrucial elements in the Johari Window such as Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown. Open helpsto provide this information which is known to me as well as to others, whereas Blind reflects theinformation which is known to others but not the tome. Hidden reveals information known to mebut not known to others and Unknown reflects that information which is neither known to meand nor to others. The analysis of the DISC tool profile helps in analyzing the attitudinal and the style behaviorwhich also generates crucial impact on the formation of the effective decisions. The DISC toolis referred as the desired tool which helps in assessment of the various behaviors and this centerson four various behavioral traits such as the Dominance, Inducement, submission and theCompliance (Miletzki & Broten 2017). The analysis of the Disc Profiled helped me inunderstanding my own behavior in order to execute the decision-making process. As per(Roderick, 2016) the use of this tool does not measure the intelligence, aptitude, values or themental health but to helps in facilitating the human behavior within various situations. As forexample, the formulation of the DISC questionnaire will help in asking about the challenges towhich the people respond. Therefore, I understood the fact that with the help of this I canevaluate by a style of Beauvoir that will help in making the effective decision in order facilitatemy overall performance.2 | Page
