This article discusses critical thinking tools for managers and how they can assist in making vital career decisions. It also explores the future of counseling profession and how to tackle challenges facing it. The article uses the Critical Discourses Analysis (CDA) course to establish a base on which the counseling profession is exhaustively discussed, particularly its future and how the members can tackle issues facing it.
