The purpose of this study is to analyse the underlying causes behind the lack of critical thinking skills of engineering master’s students in UK course, who are from another cultural or national background. This report followed the primary data collection by interviewing Master’s engineering students from two universities in the UK to assess their conceptualization of critical thinking. The study found that, due to their previous learning experience and procedure, the conceptual and international ability of international students are lower. The study has also found that foreign students prefer to guide by the supervisors instead of finding the solution which critical thinking. According to Bramhall et al. (2012), the students from different culture or nationality collect the required information from conventional search engine rather than their educational search engine or provided search engine by their universities. The report is very helpful to analyse the learning practices of Engineering Masters students from different cultural or national background. The report has successfully presented the data regarding the learning process and understanding strategy, the learning preference of the targeted sample size with evidence and explanations. There are some major limitations in this report concerning the data analysis and the interpretation. The report was aimed to find the original cause behind the dilemma. However, the report focused more on the outcomes rather than focusing on the underlying causes behind these issues. The research did not execute a detailed exploration on the impact of cultural background on the learning practice and the consequences of the existing learning practices they have.

The aim of this study is to analyse the critical thinking and diagnose its essential components with its implementation in healthcare practices. The study focused on underlying factors behind the critical thinking skills of clinical and nursing students. This report followed the primary data collection by executing an online graduate level program and simulation for nursing and clinical students with an open ended interview session. The data was collected with certain intervals complying three critical areas of decision making process namely Assessment, Diagnostic reasoning and interventions plan. The study found that, due to their previous learning experience and procedure, the decision-making ability and innovative idea of clinical and nursing students are lower than expected. Burke(2017),concluded thatthe amplified requirements for advanced practice providers some nursing and health care schools expanding their graduate nursing programs to online education in order to successfully deliver more convenient educational opportunities to the students. The report is very valuable to find the most appropriate possible approach for the Introductory Academic Program for nursing and clinical students to develop their decision- making skill. The report has successfully presented the feedback collected from the nursing studentsregardingtheirchallengesandexperiencesin crucialsituationwhereinnovative planning and effective decision-making is highly required. The focus of this paper was to describe the process and outcomes of incorporating virtual interactive patients into the clinical courses through a online based nurseling practice program.
