company and the organisation must take proper care of all the employees. It is necessary for an
organisation to assure the employees are given proper working environment where the can work

discussion related to the issues that are faced by the employees in an organisation. At the same
time there is discussion related to the strategies that will help the organisation to solve the issues.

of the organisation. It is important for the organisation to understand the employees and the
problems faced by them. It is necessary to take actions and formulate strategies that will help
them to solve the issues of employees and help them work effectively.

The case study is based on situation of an organisation. There is discussion related to the
issues that are faced by the employee of the organisation due to improper management and lack
of rules and regulations in the organisation. This has caused a problematic situation for the
organisation and that is the reason of unsatisfied customers of the organisation. It is important to
note down the issues that are faced by Newcombe while working:
She was having stress related to workplace and way facing medical issue. She gets panic
attacks, palpitations and faces the issue of anxiety.
There was intentional blocking of her problem and her issue was not forwarded to the
grievance solving team.
The seniors found her in bender, when she was on sick leave. This was because she was
felling better on that day. But the management raise the issue and put so many questions
around.
The management of organisation raised the issue and contacted her doctor to ask about
her problems. As the organisation was paying her for the sick leaves.
She also mentioned that she was bullied and harassed by her line manager as well as her
partner also manipulated her and her relation was not good.

employees. It is seen that in the case above the problem of employee was ignored. It is suggested
that the organisation must have good relation with the employees. As the employees word for the
organisation and help them to achieve goals and objectives. The employers must respect them
and provide them effective working environment (Bray, Budd and Macneil, 2020). It helps to
work effectively and take effective decisions. The organisation that follows transparency and
shares all the important information with the employees is generally successful. It is seen that
there are so many laws that are formulated by government in order to support the staff. All these
laws must be followed by the organisation. The employees should also respect the employer and
seniors in the organisation. It helps to create a good and effective working environment where
there are less chances of disputes.

The management of the organisation has several organisation. It is important for the
organisation to manage all the functions in an effective manner. There are so many functions that

faces problems. They do not get support from government as well as are unable to manage the

are certain changes that take place in organisation. The management of company must assure
that the employees are treated effectively. The following suggestions will help the company to
provide good working environment to the employees:
There must be clear policies formulated by the company in regard to grievance solving. If
any employee is facing issue then there must be a grievance handling company that can
deal with them and find a solution of the problem. The problem of employee must be
kept confidential and the organisation must take actions to find an effective solution.
Along with that no one in the organisation must have right and authority to intentionally
block the problem faced by the employee.
The company must take care of business ethics. It is seen that there so many issues like
harassment, stress and anxiety faced by Newcombe. The things done by management are
ethically wrong. There must be strict actions taken against such people. At the same time
the employees must be given freedom to speak. They must be provided with health
environment where they are abler to work freely and share their views. Their words
